VERY EASY LANGUAGE USE , EASY TO COMMUNICATE

I've had a great experience using Zara. It's a very capable AI that asks questions in a clear, thoughtful way, making conversations feel natural and easy to follow. I never found myself confused about what was being asked because Zara does a great job of clarifying and breaking down questions into simple, concise language.

The platform itself is also well designed. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which makes the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Zara is a very effective AI that makes interactions feel seamless and user-friendly.

It was my first interview with an IA. I was nervous. But the interview went smooth and the questions was clear.

I think it's better to take this new approach to the interview because you can complete it at a time that best fits your schedule.

The audio quality is good. It's a bit different since I'm not speaking face-to-face with anyone, but that's okay. We need to keep improving the way we work, even in HR.

I found myself wanting to apply for jobs under the very enticing umbrella of Micro1. I went through all the hoops, and then when it came to the 'interview' I simply could NOT get it to work no matter what I did. I have a fibre connection and no problems elsewhere. I have of course made numerous attempts to remedy the situation and despite many promises from them nothing has been fixed and I guess I am now collatoral damage on yet another AI curated crap service. These systems are dangerous and demonstrate clearly why they are not suitable for activities such as this.

It was very interesting to have an interview with AI agent. It was my first time and somehow makes me more relaxed compared to one with human.

Fue completamente buena, es la primera vez que tengo una entrevista con una IA al 100%, quede muy sorprendido de la capacidad de entendimiento y análisis de contexto en vivo que tiene y creo que esto es la tecnología que todo mundo espera.

Zara is easy to hold a conversation with although sometimes, she does not clearly or fully listen to what you are saying and ends up interrupting you which in turn, leads to you giving incomplete answers or not answering the question completely. This could be fixed by adding a bit more time to the final pause that she is supposed to take as completing your answer (10 seconds) which would ensure that you have satisfactorily stated your answer or reply.

There is a human element to the experience of interviewing with an AI model. The response time was prompt, the audio and questions were clear and concise, and I experienced instant constructive feedback.

Interviews are with an AI chatbot and funny enough I actually prefer it! No small talk just straight questions about my expertise. Overall i'm very happy with the hiring process so far.

The AI was clear and capable in understanding the given answers creating new questions based on the previous ones. The voice was clear and confortable
