My box came empty and I reached out to them numerous times and no one has responded to me to help resolve the issue

My first order was just fine. I ordered a second bottle of baccarat rouge 540 ($65/xl travel size) and it had a distinct chemical smell. I wrote in multiple times and after over a week got a response from microperfumes who sent a replacement. This replacement is absolutely 0% perfume and 100% rubbing alcohol. I’ve sprayed it on multiple surfaces, let it sit for a few days, came back to it. It smells purely like alcohol nothing else. I sent this feedback to them and requested a refund and they are refusing to refund me. I would stay as far away from microperfumes as possible.

Been sending them multiple Emails absolutely no response it’s been 2 weeks
I purchased 4 travel sprays “ buy 2 get one free promo” and it did not apply

I received a $30 sample size vial of perfume. It was a tiny glass bottle in a small ziplock baggie mailed to me in an envelope, not a box. Not surprisingly, it arrived with the glass broken and the perfume spilled out. I immediately contacted Customer Support and sent pictures. Their response was, “Perfume is Final Sale”. Beware!

I ordered 9 products from this company at one time. I received 6 of the 9 ordered and paid for. When I reached out to customer support to inform them of the missing 3 products, they wanted pictures of my order. I took pictures and sent it to them. Their response was "We have verified the order is 100% correct through our packing videos" and sent a picture of a random 3 boxes sitting by a computer keyboard. Ive used them for a very long time and never have had an issue and their response was "file a claim with your bank and we will cooperate with providing the packing videos" I obviously am not filing a claim for 50$ but I do want people to know this company is unapologetically fraudulent. Proceed with extreme caution.

Placed first order since seeing their ad on Facebook, got the loui vuitton imagination and creed aventus. The only Issue was for the loui I only used it once and that was it even tho I got the travel spray which last for 50 sprays or so, contacted customer service, which they took their time on replying but long story short they made it seem the issue was my doing and there was no way they could have made an error on my order. I will say experience is bitter sweet for being my first time buying from them, definitely not going that route again since you pay a high price for a sample, would not recommend since there's a variety of sites that sell the same service.

My girlfriend works in the fashion industry, and deal directly with their fragrance departments. I've bought her several of her favorite scents at Microperfumes (MP) thinking she would be happy. She wasn't because she explained to me that this company does not have the rights to any of the actual "branded" formulas we normally buy in the retail shops. Not a single company granted this directly to them for redistribution.

She explained to me that they buy their fragrances in bulk from China, by the gallons, and fill their own bottles claiming it to be authentic, but it is not.

She took all of the ones I bought her from MP and had me blind smell test and I could definitely tell a difference. Most of the MP ones don't even smell like the "branded" bottles you get from the retailers.

She explained to me that China attempts to "reverse engineer" the scents to try and come close as possible. Then they sell it in massive quantities to companies like MP to pass them off as "authentic" in which they are NOT. People buying from MP are funding overseas counterfeiters. Just like the days of fake Gucci bags and fake Rolexs that keep pouring into the US.

Only buy stuff that is "branded" and from retailers. MP can't put it in a "branded" bottle because if they got caught, it would be very bad legally for them. So they stick to unbranded bottling, a ubiquitous safe haven.

If you like it great, that's on you. But I don't like to be told that it's authentic, when it's NOT.

I've now read many complaints about MP that their scents also seem watered down, that's because it's counterfeit. They don't have the "secret" formula these fragrance companies create. It's safer and smarter to buy "branded" bottled fragrances only.

Great first experience with the company. Ordered two sample spray perfumes. Both smell nice. Great way to try new scents before buying. Will definitely order more.

DO NOT order from this website. People stalk these deliveries when they ship them out. They steal the contents before they enter the USPS system, USPS receives the package empty and they still have to deliver the packages even though the contents have been taken out of them. USPS delivered my package empty and torn open and USPS said they received it that way and to contact the company since they have the delivery insured. After trying MULTIPLE times to contact Microperfumes to resolve the issue, I NEVER received any responses and was out almost $300. Just be aware that people recognize this company and what they ship and constantly steal the contents before it reaches USPS. So you run the risk of never getting your fragrance and still paying for it. I am in the middle of an investigation with USPS.

They sent my order to the wrong address AND the wrong STATE. Will not respond to messages. Chat button does not work. Never again.

I am extremely disappointed with this company.
I paid for 3-day shipping, and it has now been over one month with no delivery.
The package has been stuck in transit since February 27, with USPS showing “arriving late” and no updates.
What is worse is the complete lack of customer service.
I contacted Micro Perfumes multiple times and received no response at all.
I paid for a service that was not delivered, and no one is taking responsibility.
USPS says to contact the sender, and the sender is completely unresponsive.
This is unacceptable.
At this point, I consider this a loss of money and a very poor customer experience.
I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company, especially if you are paying for expedited shipping.

I will start with the good. Great value for trial and smaller sized fragrances for those wanting to truly try before committing to a full size fragrance.

Now the part that’s the issue. Customer service.
1) slow to reply and turnaround time. If you have an issue with an order there’s only so much you can do to self serve and then it’s too late to correct the order.
2) items ship before customer service returns inquiries and uses the excuse of items being already shipped when labels for tracking have not been scanned in by the post office which means there is a clear gap in customer care alignment.
3) lack of accountability for the disconnect in customer care unless you know and mention consumer rights in communication.

I got a bunch of different samples including Louis Vuitton imagination which I wear all the time. Every one of them smells almost the same and like it's been watered down. The imagination didn't even last 5 minutes after I put it on. Super disappointed would not recommend.

I ordered 3 perfumes. Jimmy Choo & 2 Opium fragrance is. The Jimmy Choo scent lasted 30 min. The Opium sprays had no scent at all. Save your money & try fragrance.com. What a scam!!

SELLS KNOCK OFFS OR FAKE PERFUMES. Do not buy from this company. I bought 2 bottles of Dior Hypnotic Poison EDP. Its a discontinued product. Should've known by the price of $138 that it was fake. I didnt even open it bc if u open it u will NOT get a refund. But i knew bc the box was different. Had additional writing on it. Ik my product. Been buying it from day 1 since it came out in 2016. So u cant fool me. Fake fake fake. I should've went by the crappy reviews. But I took a chance. Wrong thing to do. Ill never order from this place ever again. And they're so slow at responding to messages and no phone number. Another red flag. I finally got my refund after nearly 3 wks. I actually haven't gotten it just yet. 7 to 10 bus days which will make it 3 wks or a month.

I ordered the Christian Dior EDP travel spray and I like the sleek look to the bottle and easy twist top to use when traveling for business, etc.

When I went from wearing the same perfumes to being a perfume junkie, discovering Microperfumes was great because I could discover new fragrances for a small investment. Those little tiny vials are available through Microperfumes, but I never liked those because there is not enough product for me to determine whether it is something I like. Microperfumes offers a nice sized travel spray which is 100% authentic and by the time I use one up completely, I know whether I want to invest in a full sized bottle. There is a difference for me in spraying compared with the daubing on the pulse points. I knocked off one star because they do not have as wide a selection of fragrances as other websites, but those websites sell full size bottles. And also, once you join their mailing list you get texted and emailed multiple times per day with hyped up discounts, but the savings usually works out to be the same but in a different presentation.

I ordered two perfumes, but upon receiving them, one of them was tampered with and had no scent. It was as if I was spraying water. When I contacted them, they informed me that they don’t accept returns if the product is opened. However, how could I have known that they had shipped water to me if I hadn’t smelled it? This company is hiding its fraudulent business practices behind a poor policy. I strongly advise against doing business with them.
