Quick shipping and excellent quality

I like Midnight Hour. One of my favorite pieces is a skirt from Midnight Hour! However, I’ve noticed some frustrating trends with how you design your plus size patterns…mainly that they don’t actually feel designed with fat people’s proportions in mind. In my last few orders, I’ve noticed fit issues with the arms, chest, and butt/hips areas of many of your products, which is not normally something I experience with other brands that offer inclusive sizing. It sometimes feels like you’re grading your plus-size offerings based on straight-size patterns. It doesn’t help that some of your pants (namely the Cadet Trousers) don’t offer sizing charts with hip measurements, which means buying a pair is a high-risk endeavor for me since I can’t guarantee the measurements will work for my body. (Customer service also forgot about me when I asked about this a few months ago.) I hope things improve someday, but for now, I’ll need to take a break from ordering from Midnight Hour until your offerings become more size inclusive.

I love the clothing line! Everything I have ordered is true to size which I really appreciate. The shipping is pretty quick and I love the individuality of the line. Thanks Midnight Hour..

I've received several pieces from Midnight Hour and the quality is consistently great. Their cutout blouson tops and Fishnet Sweater have become part of my everyday wardrobe, and I just purchased the Vamp Peacoat to replace my winter jacket and I love it. I recently purchased the Emerald Twist Dress for an event, and it's gorgeous and true to size.

So thrilled with Midnight Hour! Their clothing is beautiful, very stylish, and well made. Orders arrive quickly. Returns are simple and painless, just don't forget to check your junk email for store credit if that's what you opt for. Customer service is spectacular, too...very quick and friendly.

The dress I ordered was poorly made or defective and fit awkwardly. The pockets stuck out at weird angles and the fabric at the bust gaped open enough to expose my bra. It then stretched out during less than 3 hours of wearing so much that it exposed much of my bra/breast to the poing of being obscene in my opinion. I ordered according to the size chart provided on their website. When I contacted the company and sent a picture they tried to say the dress was too small until I refuted that with additional pictures. They then acknowledged that the dress fits me poorly but stated I can only return it if it's unworn. I wasted $99 on this dress and the expensive S&H, and I'll never be able to wear it again. Poor quality in my opinion and not worth the cost.

Midnight Hour reliably has quality clothing that my daughter loves. We both like that they have plenty of environmentally-friendly options. It’s difficult for my daughter to find brick-and-mortar stores that cater to her punk/goth style, so it’s nice to have an online store she can count on. As the brand grows, it would be nice to have some petite options. My daughter is 4’8” and predicted to reach only 4’9”. Her height is especially on the low end of the spectrum, but I know there are several other short girls and women who would appreciate petite sizes.

Midnight Hour has great quality dark theme garments, you can style them up or down. Will be owning more.

I bought the swamp witch dress because it looked amazing and I wanted to wear it in the pictures I took proudly outing myself to everyone as trans. It truly fits my style. Its also super comfortable and feels like a quality product. Most items I buy from other places feel cheap, but Midnight Hour NEVER disappoints in quality. I have bought a lot of different items from Midnight Hour Nd love every piece.

I did an exchange bc I got a harness that was too big and they sent the correct size back out in a very timely manner and it fits so much better! Will be ordering more in the future
