QUALITY AND MATERIALS WERE GREAT.
I loved the quality and material of the dresses I purchased but had to return two because they were too small on my chest. Sizing up would result in them being too big in the waist. The returns were fairly easy. You dont have to jump through hoops to return something. Delivery was decent. Will buy again. Waiting for new drops.

Product name utterly failed me
The product I purchased had the exact same name (with the exception of the design name) as a previous product I bought that I loved and fit me perfectly. When this product arrived, it was not at all the same. The fabric was different so the sizing was completely off, and getting a store credit has been a bloody struggle. Very disappointing, and your competitors have better selections for the same or less amount of money.

Sorry for the disappointment! We took a look at your orders and you did not order the same pant at all. The only thing they have in common is they are both palazzo pant silhouettes, but they are completely different prints and materials. One is a very lightweight rayon jersey and the other is a heavyweight premium ponte quality. In the product description and photos you can see the difference.

Reality Bites
Love Midnight Hour in concept, but this one missed the mark. Looked very different on the site from what was received in the mail. Fabric appeared different, color looked very different. Sad because I was excited to look awesome as a wedding guest in this one.

Obscurity Tshirt
I ordered the Obscurity tshirt, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the print quality. The shirt itself is fine, but the graphic is almost pixelated in parts. Especially the symbol in the upper left corner. None of this is is apparent in the pictures on the site.
