The Miers Men's 3" running shorts are thoughtfully designed and quality constructed with two usable pockets. Shipping and exchange (I had to swap a Small for a Medium) was slow but honest, no bogus restocking charges. However, they wait to receive the return before sending exchange: many retailers send the exchange immediately, with the proviso that if they don't receive the original in good condition, they will charge your card for a second product, which is fair and fast.

Terrible Customer Service. I am trying to process a form. Filled out the online form and sent an email and have not received a response. Their phone number on the website is incorrect and there is no one to contact to get this resolved. Unacceptable!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I contacted them via email because there is no other way to contact them or at least it’s not listed on the website. I revivef some tracking number that anpparently came from Amazon delivery Amazon tells me the tracking number is not legit. I told them over and over I didn’t receive the package I checked with my neighbors and they do not have the package. When Amazon delivers they always have the driver take a picture. There is no picture of the delivery. Basically I keep getting emails calling me a liar. I would highly recommend you steer clear of this company.!!!

I ordered MIER woman's hiking pants on line, they arrived in an AMAZON fulfilment package postmarked OHIO 10/19 very fast - but pants were too big, baggy & a dark orange, not khaki colour, rubbery fabric. Followed Mier Sports return policy as per their website & submitted my Return Form on line to them on 10/21 with ALL info requested. Got email by return saying Form received & You will hear from us. But by 10/24 - no email or phone call received to advance my refund issue. Call the Denver phone # shown on Mier website - it is a fake, non existent number. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE you can talk to in USA! Search internet for a US Meir Distributor phone number & get a # which is in CHINA, Leave message about my return but am cut off. Call twice. Bang head against wall. Explore Amazon Returns as they obviously work as delivery agents for MEIR & initiate credit card dispute as my card payment has gone through. Is this any way to do business?? All I want is a RESPONSE from Mier that my refund is BEING PROCESSED not that I will “hear from someone within 30 days” ie, when I am overseas & thus unable to jump through any hoops Mier decides to put me through. Don't ever buy anything from MEIR as they are impossible to communicate with & their customer service is a farce.

I bought this lunchbox backpack from Mier because of how well the previous lunchpack I purchased held up after 2 years of abuse. it still works perfectly and hasn't even started to fray yet. I purchased this lunchbox backpack simply because I wanted something different and I could not be happier with it so far. it's taken care of all of my needs. it's a quality product for sure.

I was very happy with my bag. I use it for my sheets, I do massage therapy. I loved that I was able to use it as a backpack as I'm a commuter so it made life a bit easier. Until the straps are starting to come off. It's been less than a month. Super sad about it.

Definitely a 5☆☆☆☆☆star and then some just enjoy 😉 the site will be ordering some more items soon 👍

The shorts are great, I really like them.. They are very comfortable. The shipping needs to be a little bit faster

Discovered this brand through another site that listed one of Meir’s products and I purchased it. I was impressed with their product and purchased a couple items from them. I will continue to buy from Meir and appreciate their products

I ordered the cooler backpack because we have a lot of outings. This bag is the right size, light, love the colors, it's well made, I don't have to worry about leaks. I am already getting lots of use of this bag.

The shipping by Mier Sports was very fast. The product is the extra large soft cooler bag, and it is very good quality. It will be very useful for camping and other trips. I can also use it for my Uber Eats delivery job.

I bought the same cooler bag but the design has changed. I like the old model better with the large zip front pocket instead of the new design of the tablet pocket.

There a great company as long as you don't have the need to return some thing..... this is what I got in a response to return a pair of pants, brand new tags still on that were too small

What real company doesn't just send a return label when the customer asks to return an item. Its been a few weeks and still no return label.

I love the Mier 7 in running shorts with the rear pocket for keeping my phone in while I run, but I need shorter shorts when it gets hot in Florida. I bought their 5 inch shorts and they are a great length, and they are cooler, but the pockets are too big. When you run with a phone for music like I do, the pocket sags below your shorts and flops around - not good. They should offer a back pocket in these as well and they would be perfect.

I was super satisficed with my Mier pants, they fit great, received quickly and will be ordering again!
