Confusing changes
I ordered from the page that was confusing. I struggled finding eshop and the mighti focus products I wanted to order. After I had managed to make the order and pay for it, I received an e-mail to finish my purchase, I confirmed that I've finished the purchase but the emails didn't stop coming every day. Also the taste of the might focus products have changed, they are more bitter than level up was.

Hi!
Thank you for your honest feedback – we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re sorry to hear that navigating our webshop felt confusing and that you continued receiving emails after completing your purchase. We're currently reviewing both our webshop layout and our email system to see if it's possible to make things more user-friendly and efficient.
As for the taste of the Mighty Focus – the slightly more bitter flavor is due to the natural taste of the Reishi extract, which has a strong, earthy profile. Since we use natural, high-quality mushroom extracts, some variation in taste between batches can occur. While we haven’t changed the formula, we take your feedback seriously and will do our best to ensure future batches stay more consistent in flavor.
If there’s anything else you’re unsure about or if you need help with your next order, feel free to reach out – we’re eager to assist how we can.
Thanks again for supporting Mighti. We’re always keen on learning and growing with our community.

Tere!
Tervitades, Mighti tiim

Both product and staff are excellent
Both product and staff are excellent! I've made several orders of mighty focus, red reishi, cordyceps and lions mane and I have nothing but good words about them. Works as advertised. On one occasion, the package was damaged during shipping, and once I provided proof, they shipped a replacement immediately.

I have ordered from them 3 days ago, and within a few minutes I have changed my mind on taking the mushrooms. I have reached out to them the same time and asked for the cancellation of my order(#3692).
They said it’s been cancelled and nothing has been shipped , but I haven’t got any refund. Even though I have emailed them about it , but nothing has been refunded to me.
