Great to see an ecofriendly alternative to toothpaste tubes and so impressed by the product that ordered a second for visitors. There was quite a delay with the first order which I believe was due to awaiting a new version although I didn't realise this when I ordered, hence the loss of one star. However, once I got in touch I found Customer Service extremely helpful

Just received my new V2 dispenser and I think it's a good improvement on the old one. I prefer the size. The refill fits in very well and is a simple process. I ordered on Friday and it arrived Monday so a 1 working day delivery. My teeth will be happy and at the same time I'm glad I am creating less plastic waste.

I absolutely love the new dispenser and of course the bright Mighty taste of the toothpaste, no better way to clean my teeth and help the environment too, Mighty is a must for me and my family

I was confused initially but when it was explained about screwing refill in it worked beautifully.

Unlike most impatient people today, I bought this understanding that there would be a wait for it. They took a very brave decision to rethink the dispenser.

I’m amazed at just how good Mighty is. Everything about the product has been designed to be better than the horrible tubes of toothpaste.

The dispenser is brilliantly designed, turns to lock, feels really well made, compact enough to take anywhere.

The refills are a good size too, will last much longer than a tube, and most importantly it’s completely compostable!

I like the idea of a refillable toothpaste system, but the container design has been disappointing.

The original blue container was tall and narrow, and as the toothpaste moved upwards it became top-heavy and unstable. Mine fell over and broke.

The replacement design is more stable, which is an improvement, but the colour choices are very limited and unattractive.

I was sent the pale green container despite asking for pink, and the colour looks insipid rather than stylish. Meg refused to exchange the insipid green for the pink that I had requested.

For a product that sits visibly in a bathroom every day, the container needs to be both stable and visually appealing.

At present, the concept is good, but the design and colour range need improvement.

So we waited a month for our first delivery but the company were completely upfront at ordering saying there was a V2 coming out. Our first dispenser didn’t work, I emailed them a video to show this and they arranged a replacement canister immediately and sent a prepaid QR code. The toothpaste itself is great and I love the idea of less plastic for the planet and less chemicals being absorbed into my body. Not sure the V2 is working as they hoped having read the reviews, but I can not complain with how they have handled our problem.

Toothpaste itself is nice enough but the dispenser itself is terrible - to the extent that I'm amazed it made it through testing.

Sometimes you pump and pump and pump and nothing comes out. Sometimes a little bit will come out, sometimes the right amount. Other times you go to pump and you press down and the dispenser just closes itself up so that you have to twist it open again and hope it works.

If the refills are biodegradable anyway I don't understand why they don't just sell that, rather than adding in the need for an overcomplicated, barely functional dispenser too. Toothpaste shouldn't be this complicated.

Over 3 months to arrive, I had to chase them only then did keep in contact. The dispenser does not work as no tube going into refill bottle so cannot pump up toothpaste. You have to store container upside down to enable it to dispense the paste.

When I bought this last year all went well. Then I ordered refills and paid up in full. Weeks went by with little news from the company other then delay in shipping. Refills arrived today but of a new design and shape which won't fit the original dispenser. I am expecting this to be resolved but what a mess!
I have now received a new version dispenser (V2) from the company but have not yet tried it. Hope it works as well as V1.

absolutely amazing company!!! i ordered at the start of the year and unfortunately didn’t receive it for a while but mighty kept emailing to make it clear that there were complications with manufacturing (which is totally normal in a smaller business) and switched my order from v1 to v2 as it came out right after i ordered mine. when i received my dispenser, unfortunately it wasnt working correctly so i got in touch through instagram and they were back to me in 10 minutes asking me to email a video of the problem. I emailed the video and mighty was so quick to respond and they immediately sent a new one out to me no other questions asked! amazing service and i absolutely love the product itself, the toothpaste is so refreshing and i love to have a sustainable option of something so simple like toothpaste. can’t recommend mighty enough!!!

Not sure what I was expecting but this didnt match it. Love the concept obviously but it takes a while to 'load' your toothbrush because it takes 1000 pumps just to get more than a dribble out. Not sure if that intended or an issue with the dispenser?

Terrible product … cheap and the toothpaste just drizzles out… THEY DONT ACCEPT RETURNS … terrible company

Amazing customer service, super responsive and what a great idea. Been searching for a decent eco friendly toothpaste and this is perfect. No having to remember to order online. Subscription to my door. Love it

Ordered in March but not received until May. Contacted company who replied promptly and apologised for delay in stock. Received when promised. Very happy

My dispenser and toothpaste arrived today, I couldn’t be more delighted! The dispenser looks great, a beautiful matte finish and the toothpaste is perfect. It’s so good to know that I’ve said goodbye to endless plastic tubes.

Great product, tastes really natural and love the concept of reducing plastic and changing the way we think about toothpaste. 5 stars all round.

I have been absolutely thrilled with moving to Mighty. Not only is it a great taste but it feels cleaner, fresher and healthier. The dispenser is so much prettier in the bathroom than a plastic tube and eco friendly. Why wouldn’t you love this product!!! I do. X
