Awesome service. Full cat back system, including flexi joint (leaking, hence getting a new system fitted - one piece system on my Alfa MiTo) fitted this morning.

All done in under 3 hours. Quality is top grade, these guys know their stuff and how to TIG. Sound is amazing.

From the moment i walked through the door i was treated wonderfully by everyone i had a full cat back system fitted to my mk3 ST220 Estate and before fitting everything was explained and I was taken into the workshop and asked what I wanted sound, tailpipes etc i can't speak highly enough of the staff and the quality of the products. If you want a top quality service then MIJ is the place 👌

Took my Seat Leon FR in to have the exhaust changed to Quad. Initially emailed and feedback was quick and accurate. Price quoted over email was what I paid. I arrived at 9am as requested and work was carried out and completed by 12pm. They kept me updated along the way and the lovely lady in reception provided excellent coffee. This is the first time I have had a custom exhaust and the experience was fantastic for me.. Would recommend personally.

I went in was took to the car to discuss the sound and look I wanted . Wow did he deliver looks and sounds fantastic .

I'm not one to usually write reviews bad or good but this experience has really annoyed me.

I used MIJ around 5 years ago and they did a brilliant job so thought I'd use them again for a cat back system on my E36 BMW, worst mistake I could have ever made.

I had it done last Saturday and upon first impressions it sounded really nice and I was happy. When I got it home and had a good look around it, the bumper hadn't been cut straight, there was a chunk of the bumper missing and they left marker pen all over it, the twin pipes also weren't level and the welds weren't particularly tidy.

I rang them up on Monday and explained the situation, the guy said to bring it back in on Saturday (today) as I couldn't go in the week due to work and it being a 50 mile round trip.

When I got there he trimmed the bumper some more and levelled the pipes after telling me the pipes were only 2mm out, I replied "Well at the end of the day, I want it to look right". He said he will sort it out and about 15 minutes later he called me over, I told him that the bumper still isn't right and his first excuse was that they haven't even charged me for the cutting. To me if he's quoted me for twin pipes (which he recommended) then it would include any necessary work to accommodate them. He then said that he shouldn't have offered me twin pipes or to cut the bumper, well the twin pipes are my choice as a customer and it should be done right if they are "professionals".

After this all he kept saying is "I'm not going to argue with you and all I can do is apologise". I said that apologising doesn't fix the problem and I'm now going to have to pay to have it sorted out (now there is too much cut out of one side so it can't be easily fixed). I also asked for some money off just to compensate for what I'll have to pay to have his shoddy work rectified and he point blank refused. I just told him not to touch it again and to get it off the ramps.

Very unprofessional and amateur workmanship at best. Would never use again and would never recommend to anyone. It's a real shame that you can't trust people to do a job that you've paid them to do.

All these guys need are Stetson Hats and their outfit will be complete. I wanted a stainless steel exhaust in my car, so contacted MIJ for a price, the price was acceptable so made an appointment to have it fitted. The only drawback was that MIJ are 200 miles away, so on the day I set off early and arrived at 10:00 as arranged only to find that they did not know the exhaust layout on my car, they thought is was the same as the previous model. They then told me that they could not fit the exhaust that day, as they did not have the correct silencer. Also, be aware that when they quote ‘From Cat to Back’ this does not include the front down pipe that contains the flexi joint (which is what had failed) that added a further £140 to the bill, I still wished to go ahead with it, and they said they would give me a call in a couple of days when they had the part, that was circa four months ago and still no call. In the meantime the pipe failed completely, so I had to have mild steel system fitted locally, I had therefore driver 400 miles for nothing more than a cup of coffee.
