Great to deal with!!! He can explain things in an easy to understand manner. Very quick to reply to questions either over a phone call, txt message or e mail.
A great guy with a great sense of humour to help ease the stresses of getting a mortgage.

Overall we had a very smooth first home buying journey, which is largely thanks to working alongside Dave. There were a couple of delays during the process due to messages being a bit lost amongst the sea of communication but with the amount of back and forth, that was understandable and it never caused any major issues. Apart from this minor inconvenience, the experience we had working with Dave was seamless, even with Dave having to travel to the UK in the midst of it all. He continued to work from abroad to ensure we had no setbacks. At the end of it all, we landed a perfect first home so we have no complaints at all and have already recommended his services to friends (and will continue to do so)!!

Dave was great at guiding us through the process of lending and ensuring we got the best deal that suited our requirements and lifestyle. We enjoyed his friendly down to earth attitude and he was very helpful at explaining answers to all of our questions. Would highly recommend.

Dave was available any time night or day which was great for us as we are a family with work commitments and short on time. He was happy to take calls late at night when we had questions. We never had to set foot in a bank and he achieved more borrowing for us than we thought possible.
His help with getting our finances in order was invaluable as I am self employed and this can be tricky for banks.
