Shane has been wonderful to deal with when buying my first home. He is patient, attentive to detail and extremely responsive. No request was too big or too much effort. He handled my mortgage application with ease from start to finish. When I was ready for pre approval, upon returning all I needed to, I had the approval within 3 days and same again for full approval. Would highly reccomend Shane to any first home buyer looking for a mortgage adviser, and I look forward to working with him again for future needs.
