I would 100% recommend Supreet to anyone who is trying to get a mortgage, he is friendly super helpful, has great communication, he even responds on weekends and I’m the evenings, he made everything easy to understand. I was in a stressful situation dealing with a separation, selling our house and trying to get lending to buy my own house in the hardest time to buy a house. I had first tried to use the mortgage broker that we used to buy our first house, but he was terrible, no communication and ended up telling me he couldn’t find anyone to lend to me. Thankfully Supreet was recommended to my mum for me by a Mike Pero agent in Akaroa after hearing of my troubles, so he obviously had a great reputation. Straight away Supreet was on to it and had some options ready for me in just a matter of days, Supreet really is amazing at his job, he made my situation less stressful and now I’m in my new home enjoying my fresh start and I’m so thankful to Supreet for that. Seriously give him a call if you want results. Even now that I’m in my new home he still offers me help and support with any questions I have with my mortgage.
