Unfortunately, they don't always have the filter that I have subscribed to. They then offer other filters but that's not why I bought the product. I bought the product for a particular filter. Given I have a subscription, I would expect that they would be aware of what stock they actually need and honour the subscription rather than take the subscription money and then inform you at a later stage that the filter is out of stock. They did offer a refund, but that is not the point. So I won't be buying an additional unit, as this is the second time this has occurred!

Terrible after sale customer support experience. They use to have a great support team. These days are very disappointing for support. Many on here are recently stating they visited this to purchase hardware. That’s incorrect because they done away with their sales counter in around 2020.

Visited here yesterday looking for a door handle for my mothers hall door. They didn't have the handle I needed as my mothers door is very old. The guy behind the counter couldn't of been anymore helpful in trying to help me find a handle by ringing around alot of places in Dublin to see if they had one. Just thought his help was amazing and you really don't get customer service like it anymore. (think the guys name was pat)

Three months in $800 burning my credit card all three are noisy and defective. The stats are wrong that it gives it’s fraud what they sell.

Terrible customer support, have emailed twice including to Sarah Gyde with no reply. Decided to phone and told they don’t support broken parts under their guarantee. This is for a broken prosecure door hinge
Extremely unprofessional company

Be careful, Mila & me are scammers. They have scarpered off with millions paid in deposits, their Dartford office are now closed and they cannot be found. After investigation and a visit to their office location, I was told by the other businesses within the same office space that a lot people have visited looking for mila & me and claiming that they have paid deposits and cannot get in contact with the company. They explained that even the police have visited looking for the Mila staff due to numerous complaints.

In my case, I paid a deposit for extension in March 2022 and was given a start date for May 2022, I was informed the day before the job was ment to start that they are behind due to Covid and will have to reschedule. I was given a date for August but since that day I have not been able to contact anyone from Mila & me. They had no intention of doing the extension. I am now in process with the bank to recover my deposit.

Mila & me are thieves do not be fooled like me.

Utter rubbish. don't know their backside from their elbow, give out misinformation and wont honor their own mistakes. I would say next time have trained staff answering your phone calls. But there wont be a next time as I only work with professional companies. For other end users I would recommend HOPPE or ERA, much more clued up companies.
