I have spend over $350 got Chinese Garbage clothes! It is a fraud for Google to put this ad in my face ever second as legitimate us company is wrong and enabling fraudulent theft . A class action suit must be against Milanolegacy, it is USA agent, SpeedX,Jerry Yasfbara, AI said it is an Israeli origin last name(not Chinese)? , 9208 Charles Smith Ave , Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 .

Crap company. Crap products. Items don't match pictures. Sizing is a joke. I ordered a coat and not only is it different from the picture, the fit is ridiculous. I usually wear a women's large in blouses and tshirts but since it's outerwear I ordered an XL. It is actually a women's small. A friend who is a medium tried it on and it TOO SMALL FOR HER AS WELL! Plus in the picture it went down past the model's butt. The only way this jacket could go down past MY butt (if I could actually put it on) would be if I was about 4 feet tall. Bought a hat for the hubbs and it's different than the pic as well. Bought a purse and it's smaller than the pic. Paid $40 for some sunglasses and later found them on another site for $7.99.

Oh and last but not least? THEY DONT TAKE RETURNS!!! That's right... a clothing company that doesn't take returns. I had no clue that was even a thing. This company sells cheap Chinese garbage that you can't even return when the products don't fit or are different than the ones shown. RUN, DONT WALK FROM THIS SITE!!! THERE'S NOTHING TO DO WITH "MILAN" HERE!!

Terrible service. Took over a month to receive the order. They kept giving me generic answers. The items ran VERY small. I asked to do a return. They said I had to pay for return shipping. Expensive going to China. They offered 30% and to keep items. I said NOT worth it because items didn't fit, couldn't use them. I asked for higher offer and they never responded. DO NOT recommend!!! BEWARE!

This is an absolutely fraudulent company. The item I ordered was never delivererd. Customer service demanded that I pay international shipping costs to exchange the item. This is a fraudulent company who is constantly breaking laws.

I fell in love with a coat that I wanted. I didn't think for a minute that this was one of those scam Chinese companies. I almost ordered sweaters for my husband. The order came it was rolled up so tight it was covered in wrinkles. The quality was terrible more like what a robe or sweatshirt would be. The colors too vivad and the size was ridiculously too large. When I tried to return it, they offered me 25% to forget it. I paid $79.99 they wanted to credit me $20 and keep $60 When I absolutely refused they sent me an address to return it in China the postage would be more then the coat cost. They sent it to me from California where they have a warehouse but you can't return it to there

If I could write a -10 review on his company I would!!!!! I encourage anyone to read that reads this review to steer clear of this company like the plague! what they do is post shit on their site, then when you pay for it and get it, it’s nothing like what you saw on the site! It is so cheaply made I can’t tell you, then they want to take 60% of your money and give you 40% back and as I said to them when you multiply 60% times 1 million people that’s how this company is getting over!!! so I say, Ban and stand with me to void their asses out of business and rid ourselves of the Cranker sore that they are! Do not waste your time or your money because believe me, you will not be satisfied, you will not receive what she saw on the Internet. Clearly they’re in China and they’re sucking scam artist.

This site should be removed from the internet for being a fast fashion scam. The quality is very poor and the clothing shape and fitting so bad that its laughable.

AVOID entirely and do not purchase here. They do not have an easy or accessible return and refund process.

We took the 25% refund in their bs scheme ”to reduce their carbon foot print”. I would label it “Milanolegacy deceives poor quality in high quality adverts , with no possibility of returning after waiting 10 weeks for an order to arrive”.

Their business moel: a California company with a fashion themed name, having no inventory and manufacture subpar goods in China, without an option to return or fully refund”

OMG! It took more than TWO MONTHS to arrive. I had no idea they were in China! To top it off, the fit is so incredibly bad, and I have to return it to China, which I can't afford. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

This is the second time I placed an order. Shame on me. I had a return on my first order and they only offer the same item at 50% off and you do not return the item. I accepted this the first time.
The second time I called to confirm and I was assured I would receive a refund. I made the mistake I ordered. I have one item which is defective. it will not fit over, even a child head.

This company is a China based drop-shipping facilitator that cannot meet the expectations set based on their professional looking website. I ordered some basic clothing items where they promised delivery 7 business days - that was over 2 months ago and after repeated inquiries - an AI customer service bot keeps responding saying that items have shipped and will arrive in 8-10 business days. They provide a link to a "fake" tracking site - that shows cartoon images to get you to click - this looks like a phishing scam site - and eventually a static message display's that your order has shipped. I would NEVER recommend engaging with this company - I believe it is a deceptive scam operation.

The hats I ordered were perfect for the miserble winter we experienced this past season. I needed several different colors to accommodate a number of coats. The hats are attractive, warm, and not so cloying that they ruin hairstyles. Reasonably priced, I bought one in black, white and pink. I need one in light blue or green. I would like to see more colorways offered in this style.

Blouse ordered 2/28/26, arrived 3 weeks later with no buttons on sleeves, threads hanging from seams.not near the quality described on website.. sent email. They wanted pictures.. sent several. Offered 30%refund or spend $$$ to ship back to China.. they were not interested in being fair. It is buyer beware on most of these Google ads. You are between a rock and a hard place. Maybe I learned this time!

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. They are a low quality high cost Chinese company whose products are literally junk. To top it off, if you don't like the items, you have to pay to return them to China. I trusted the ad because it was in the New York Times. I will be voicing my unhappiness with the Times as well. All of what was sent is going to Goodwill if they will take it. Complete waste of money.

Ordered clothes for a trip, they did not arrive in time. When I returned from trip, I tried them on, none of the fit! I ordered the largest size available. To return them you have to ship them to CHINA. it costs more to return them than you pay for them. They won't let you return them to the warehouse in California where they ship them to you from. Quality was not great either. Lesson learned. Stay away from this brand! Horrible.

I was sent the wrong item I sent them a message and picture hope they send me the correct garment. They did communicate with me immediately

Actual review of this company would be less than one star. Items ordered included two dresses a leather handbag, a pair of shoes and a blouse. Quality of all clothing products was subpar. Listed as linen nothing was actual linen. Synthetic fabrics on everything and a very poor quality. Handbag was vinyl when paid for leather. Shoes ran two sizes too small. As if that is it all bad enough to return the merchandise to the address they provide was over $300 because it’s international! Run the other way do not buy.

Terrible quality ,scam. They ruined my morning when I saw this trash. Ugly ,ugly clouth. 😢
