Excellent service from Rhiannon in Chepstow
She looked at various holiday and emailed the details to me
We then called in and she patiently discussed everything
Nothing was too much trouble
Booked a holiday with them to Canada

Excellent service and experienced staff. Went in to get some euros for one holiday and landed up dropping four grand on another.

Why on earth would anyone want to book a holiday on line when you can get such a helpful experience with the team at Chepstow ??
Catherine had been such a great help to me in booking a holiday for our family of twelve people - she has smoothed out all the problems and been incredibly helpful whenever a new problem has arisen….which with a spread out family was often. To be fair - all the staff at Chepstow have been brilliant -even if it was not “their” booking -they acted as a team.
If I could have given ten stars, then I would have.
I rarely write reviews-so for me to do so is quite exceptional.
