Two things stand out:
Being able to deal with just one of your staff throughout the booking process, and beyond, in our case Rhiannon.
And then Rhiannon being able to deal with the paper work as the cruise date becomes imminent.
2025 is our first year with Miles Morgan and we have already linked with them again for 2026

Polite very helpful and great knowledge did not rush us and sold us a good product exactly what we were looking for and good follow up.we were looked after by the manager great experience but most of all she listened to us and that’s important looking forward to our holiday.
