Efficient and speedy
Had two recent(in last three months)bookings through Louise at the Clifton Office of Miles Morgan.The first was for a short weekend break in Paris at the end of March-as usual with Louise and MM,the whole thing was very speedily and efficiently organised and no criticisms at all so very pleased.Awaiting next holiday in Greece in early July,already booked.

Miles Morgan gift vouchers are a scam. Avoid
I was gifted Miles Morgan vouchers as a wedding present. I was informed by the staff at Clevedon some months ago that i was able to use them to book a hotel only. When i came to use them they said that only packages were available due to ABTA coverage. I raised this with the Head office in Clifton and they eventually said i had been misinformed and hotel-only bookings were acceptable. I requested a room with one of the largest hotel chains in Spain but was told that the "handlers" could not secure the booking. This is despite the hotel having rooms available on their own website and with every online travel agent. My complaint to the Managing Director Mandy Shillito resulted in a curt "sorry, computer says no" response. No real attempt was made to find a solution.
Miles Morgan Travel was acquired by the much larger Hays Travel Group recently so there can be no excuse for failing to book a hotel room with a reputable hotel chain which is readily available direct or through other agents.
This has been my only experience of this company and i saw none of the excellent service they routinely boast. Avoid

Wonderful staff at Clifton and Clevedon
Such lovely staff who have gone out of their way to help us. We are an older couple who have specific needs and have changed their mind several times. In all of this they have been patient, kind and helpful in every aspect in sorting out our holiday. We can't thank them enough.
