Friendly, informative service from Conor
Conor (Gloucester branch) was really helpful in giving us information on a resort in Crete, which resulted in us booking a holiday there for next May.
He always makes the holiday booking service seamless, and always friendly.
Lydia was also helpful in giving us information on another resort in Crete.

The staff had time for us
The staff had time for us and didn't make us feel that we were wasting their time (which did happen the last time I went in to ask a question - different member of staff last time and she seemed bored with me). They took their time booking our cruise and ensuring all discounts were applied, ringing ahead for more information and support in getting everything right. Jessica gave us time to think through options and was very knowledgeable about destination ports, timings, and local attractions. Her colleague was also helpful, listened well, and supported us and Jessica throughout the visit. excellent help and guidance, very reassuring.

Friendly, helpful and professional
Connor was very friendly, helpful and professional. We needed advice as this was the first time we'd booked a cruise and he was able to answer all our questions fully. We never felt "rushed" into making a decision.

Friendly and Approacable
We were greeted promptly upon arrival. The lady concerned was helpful and chatty without being too lively. Other staff were also involved in some discussions, and the whole process felt more like a chat rather than a booking/ transaction.

Booking for Iceland cruise
My friend and I visited your Gloucester branch yesterday and were immediately made very welcome by your staff.
Jessica Kane took time and effort to ensure we got the best deal and a suitable cabin for our cruise to Iceland in June 2027.

Booking a cruise
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
They were helpful about the cruise we wanted to book and about the ship we were cruising on. Also advised us on the parking we would need at the port. Nothing was too much trouble.
