Miles Morgan Travel - Thame Reviews

The staff at Miles Morgan were friendly, helpful and provided a lot of useful information. They were quick to respond to changes and eased the hassle of booking a holiday.

My holiday was suddenly cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances 4 days before departure. Chelsea helped find & book another holiday. Nothing was too much trouble

Great friendly, attentive, knowledgeable staff with good communication. Also very efficient.

Always know I'm in safe hands, come up with great ideas for hotels, understand all my "quirks", always patient when I change my mind. Super efficient with follow through.

Excellent service as always from Chelsea Connell. Wouldn’t arrange all my holidays without her experience and advice, first.

Helpful friendly travel agents, 100% trust them with finding our perfect holiday. Booking process so easy feeling rest assured holiday will run smoothly

A very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable lady was able to find the right package for us.

Hayley & her team are absolutely excellent - would highly recommend !

Chelsea was incredibly knowledgeable & went above & beyond to help us find the most suitable for a large group booking. She was patient & gave us time to make our final choice. We never felt rushed & she found us a fabulous deal that ticked all the right boxes

This was the first time I had used Miles Morgan as I usuallly use Trailfinders and have always been satisfied with thme However. having moved near Thame, it was good to find a local travel agent and I thought I would try them for a change. I received excellent service from Cathy Maynard and all with a smile.
I had chosen three different locations in Canada to visit in one trip, so not straightforward but Cathy and their Canada expert were happy to tweak the initial intinerary until I was happy with hotels, flight times etc. Everything was made easy for me . I shall use again.

Such a fantastic team, always friendly, go out of their way to help you, wouldn’t go any where else, Thame branch are the best!!

First class always … lovely friendly staff .. a pleasure to book a holiday !

Everything. Helpful, polite, listen, go out of their way to help two elderly people. Can't praise them enough
