Booking a holiday with Miles Morgan staff is always a pleasure. It seems that nothing is to much trouble

What a wonderful travel agency to have so close to me as an ex serviceman with medical issues, with ongoing obligations to Times on-line UK, as crossword adviser and archivist, and an attendant global crossword competition kept functional regardless of my movements! Your ability to keep me going in this respect at zero notice, throughout in a challenging year in close proximity to my Lloyds Bank branch from 27/09/25 for my short visit to Canada, returning on 2/10/25 at very short notice has my eternal gratitude and satisfaction. In my book, Miles Morgan you are the best and we are extremely fortunate to have you in Wells. Long may you prosper and remain here! You are very much needed! What made our experience great was Andrea Pniok, she is so knowledgeable and friendly, always very helpful when we are booking our cruises. The travel shop is very welcoming and we usually get the offer of a cup of tea. Good job Miles Morgan keep up the good work. 👍👍👍

Andrea was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with our cruise booking. We did not feel at all rushed and she answered all our queries. We were very reassured to know that she will support us with any help we need before our holiday. We have booked with Miles Morgan for previous holidays and always found them to be very helpful.
