We used the Wells shop and Andrea was amazing, she cared about what we wanted and did her utmost to establish the best holiday for us.

We first saw Eloise to book our trip to Australia via Singapore . She was very helpful and thorough. She was off the next day when we went to confirm the booking but the young lady we saw then was very good and explained everything to us as well . We had a phone call the next day to say the transfers had now been booked and to go in when we were next in town. A special mention to the young man in training , he offered us coffee both times we were in , much appreciated. Very impressed and would recommend.

Whenever we go into MM we always get greeted in the most courteously and friendly manner. It's mainly with Andrea that we talk to, however, all the staff are more than happy to help. Very patient staff and knowledgeable in their field. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They answer and help in anything that is asked of them. Many, many thanks MM Team!

Miles Morgan are always very friendly and helpful. Andrea knows us quite well now having booked several cruises and being on the same Christmas markets cruise last December. We prefer dealing with actual humans than going on line. This way we always get the cabin we want. We will continue to use you for the fore seeable future.

We were seated and offered tea and coffee immediately. There were difficulties booking our cruise, due to booking page problems., but that didn’t deter them, even confirming with P&O that we could change our holiday at no extra charge if it persistent. Everyone helped and eventually we got there. I would totally recommend the girls for all holiday bookings especially if you are disabled.
