This course was outstanding, led by a knowledgeable instructor. It offered abundant material and numerous project examples. I felt motivated and inspired, eager to apply the knowledge gained.

A wise man once said, an education will make you a living, but self education will make you a fortune. I think this is the case with Millbank Land Academy. Property development is full of risk and the internet is fulm of charlatans claiming to be property experts. Paul happens to actually be an expert.

The course was well structured with a lot of useful information and most important with examples from Paul's previous projects.
Another useful thing was that Paul listed at every chapter of the course a "not to do" list that can save you money and time in the long run.

Paul is second to none in his knowledge of Land, Planning and Development. The four day course takes you through step-by-step in how to maximise the potential of any site, structure a deal in a way that enables you to achieve the best planning permission (whilst mitigating potential pitfalls) and then how to navigate towards your preferred exit. Since finishing the course, I am able to quickly identify, assess and maximise potential opportunities. Recommended!

Superbly presented and organised by Paul, Gemma and the team. A must for those wanting to develop their knowledge.

I completed the 4 day Development Intensive training in Feb 2021. Really useful & interesting course for anyone in property development. Heavy focus on planning and site sourcing, but it does touch upon the construction phase. It is an expensive course, but good format, useful content, great speaker. Recommended.

The training program is very valuable for my personal and project development.

This training is a must have if you are seriously looking to accelerate your learning. Before I started the training, I was wasting a lot of time looking at the wrong sites, thinking they had potential. Once I finished the training, I was able to quickly assess the potential and constraints which has saved a lot of time and money. I couldn't recommend this training enough!!

Paul is clearly well experienced and knowledgeable. Most importantly he teaches what he practises. Very useful high level overview for those at an early stage in property development.

Development Intensive, this is the third course we have completed with the Millbank Land Academy. Once again it is packed with extremely useful information! We only wish we had known about the course before we started working in property development. Key topics that I have personally benefitted from include; identifying sites, approaching/negotiating with land owners, true value of understanding national/local planning policy, getting to grips with site abnormals and value engineering in order to maximise a site's potential to name a few. Paul's knowhow has been unbelievably valuable. It has helped us to develop our approach and I would highly recommend it to those who are serious about getting into the Property Development.

I have had so many training courses from many different people and organisations. I must say the best training I have had was from Paul Higgs at the Millbank. His knowledge in property development, planning and construction is second to none. Since attending his courses, I have turned down a number of projects that I would have otherwise gone ahead - prevented myself from digging my own grave. Paul's approach is direct and no BS. He often uses "language" appropriately to reflect the situation and make us all laugh! Highly recommended for anyone who is serious about property development.

Great training programme, enjoyed every minute and learnt far more than I expected on this four day programme. Perfect platform to learn the ins and outs of the property development world. Coming from a construction background, this was the knowledge I was missing, and can’t wait to start putting it all into action now! Really useful post course Q&A sessions to hone your skills too. The course has been very good, Paul has clearly had a lot of experience and get this knowledge across very well. I like the fact he doesn't take him self too seriously and doesn't mince his words which I think is a good thing.

Paul has excellent knowledge and as a lecturer is able to communicate his ideas well enough. For me, however, the read added value was in the Q&A sessions following each day's tuition. I found these invaluable opportunities to go into detail on aspects of the tuition I was unclear about.

Paul Higgs delivered what he has promised. His wealth of knowledge, clarity and teaching methodology are second to none! He has truly accelerated my journey of retraining myself as a property developer.
