My wife and I visited Millboard’s London showroom a week or so ago to discover more about the company’s products, as we are replacing an existing wooden deck. It was a great experience. The showroom is superbly presented and the assistance given by Elon Douglass, the Key Clients and Projects Advisor, was second to none. Elon proved to be a very knowledgeable and charismatic young man and consequently we spent a happy hour absorbing loads of technical information and discovering new design ideas which previously we were completely unaware of. We left feeling that the effort involved travelling into London was well worth our while. Subsequently all brochures, samples, technical data etc. promised for delivery arrived in a timely fashion, what more could one ask for?

It is clear that this company have 100% confidence in the product they supply, providing a 25 year warranty and backing that warranty up with outstanding customer care is, in my experience, unrivalled!

We have been buying from Millboard for a while now and have always been pleased with the products and service.
We recently had a small problem with the product which we had installed some three years ago. Millboards, and in particular the team from Customer Care's, response has been PERFECT.
The difference between a good company and an EXCELLENT one for me, is the response you get to a challenge.

Our sales rely on the team from millboard to look after us so we can do the same for our customers. The operations team of Bruce and Helen manage our requests for stock and availability superbly. We always get the outcome which we are looking for and nothing is ever a problem. Great service from start to finish on my stock order

Product looks fantastic and great service and support from Sandra. Happy to with the warranty and the screws they provide are almost invisible leaving a great finish. Although only a small seating area, it makes a massive impact on my garden! Would recommend to all, we went with the enhanced grain vintage oak.

In my job role I have to deal with many suppliers and companies from day to day and by far Millboard are one of the best. Samples and brochures are really easy and fast to get, and the product its self is one of the best on the market. All the staff are friendly and helpful and really do go the extra mile to help you out with whatever you need.
Technical advice is always readily available. Whether you’re a novice that needs guidance through the whole build. Or a professional installer that needs a bit of help with a tricky bit on an install. They will always advise accordingly to how the product is best suited.

Being a merchant and valued customer of millboard we place many orders with them and they give us fantastic service from first contact through to final delivery point.
The Millboard products are a premium decking solution and i highly recommend people to consider this when planning they're dream project.

Helen is fantastic at her job. We deal with many different suppliers across our business and year on year, Helen is the standout performer, not just across Millboard, but across our whole network of suppliers. Genuinely, with Helen in operations, I think we have one of the most personal, friendly and reliable services we could ask for!!

We went into Millboard to enquire about their product.

We were recommended to use Roof-space (advertised as being on the next road to the showroom, Gee Street EC1 - but they are not! They are actually in Essex but abusing your system)

On Millboards advice we contacted them.

I spoke to Sarah who was charming and got Danny to get in touch.

Danny sold us his company as Millboard recommended installers, booked the job in, and then went on holiday and sent someone who had never worked with Millboard before.

The daily stress of these guys working not knowing what they were doing and causing damage to our lawn and our mental health in the process.

Busy trying to reach Danny in Spain to find out what was going on. They did a shocking job. Put no protection down and spoiled our one week old artificial lawn.

The decking is poorly cut with some very jagged edges, one plank is obviously bowed, lots of damage, nail holes.

The decking is not set straight so looks obviously wonky when looking out from our balcony.

They obviously didn’t have a clue how to finish it off so just stuck an extra plank on. Now my flower bed is too narrow to plant anything.

Appalling job carried out by trades people with no experience.

We were so excited about our Millboard decking which Danny promised would be great.

When he returned from his holiday he eventually came after a few weeks and had a look at what ‘snagging’ needed to be done and then went away and a year on we never heard from him again.

Despicable.
