10/10 to Kharri Jade, who has been an absolute saint while we have bought our dream house at Manse Field. Nothing was ever too much hassle and she has made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable at every turn. Couldn't be happier with our forever home!! Chris Technician came out to look at shrinkage and he went out of his way to sort any cracks out filled them in and painted over them and took pride friendly and professional.

Miller Homes Quality of construction and timely updates are very god and top notch. Steve at Astley Place , Seaton Delaval is very helpful and supportive. He has been very patient and clarified all our concerns. Work has progressed well and everything went on schedule.

Caroline and Sophie made every minute an absolute ease. I can't recommend them more!

Customer service at Thornly park has been excellent. The development managers Sophie and Caroline have supported through each stage of the buying process and always on hand to answer any queries that arise about any aspect of the build purchase- process and wider development.
Trust and confidence is paramount when purchasing a new home and Caroline and Sophie are adept at providing that by hand holding at each step of the way.

Really impressed with the service from Pam at Deerness Rise. We’ve just reviewed the potential incentives available on a new plot, and I’m delighted with what she was able to offer, especially this early in the development. Pam has been fantastic throughout. Fingers crossed now that we manage to secure the plot!

Unfortunately our experiences with Miller have now resulted in a review on here.

Since completion Miller couldn’t have cared less about our property. We had dozens of issues when we moved in and only a handful have been remedied.

I’d like to blame someone but it’s a collective effort here right across the board.

Outside looking in Miller look like the supposed 5* company they claim to be. I can assure you they are from that. Purchase with caution.

**Miller only conduct repairs during the working day, meaning for it to take place you need to take a day off work, losing even more money!**

We have recently moved into our home at Thornly Park. The whole experience has been amazing. Caroline and Sophie have looked after us so well over the last few months and keeping us at complete ease considering we were moving from England to Scotland. All of the team on site have been excellent too. Most importantly our house is perfect and any small snags were sorted out straight away. Couldn’t recommend higher.

We Bought our new home at Thornly Park and the experience couldn’t have been any better thanks to the sales team Caroline and Sophie. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected and made everything go as smooth as possible for us. We have been in for a few months now and always look to pop in and say hello as they are both as welcoming and friendly after the sale as they were before which has been really great.

Caroline and Sophie were brilliant from start to finish, nothing was ever a problem and was sorted immediately, making it all really personal to us as a family , we recommended them to anyone to add that personal touch you dont always get .

I have recently bought a house in Thornly Park and have enjoyed the experience from the beginning till now. The sales managers Sophie & Caroline have been amazing, they go the extra mile to give me reassurance and advice when it can be overwhelming. They offer practical and professional advice. They help you think of suggestions for rooms that you would never think of at this stage but in the long run they have been great ideas. They are both very patient when I have a thousand questions. They keep me up to date at all stages of the build and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. You are in good hands at Thornly Park.

From the first time we visited the sales office Sophie and Caroline have been extremely helpful In answering all our questions and putting our mind at rest, reassuring us we have made the right decision to choose Miller Homes to build our forever home.

This was my second new build home purchase, first time with Miller, and what a great experience. First class service and support throughout the whole process, their attention to detail and genuine desire to help where possible has been second to none. Night and day from when I bought with another developer. So friendly, extremely knowledgeable, the process was so smooth throughout. Can’t thank Caroline, Sophie and the team at Thornly Park enough!
