We are buying our first home at Arlesey Gate and have had a fantastic experience so far working with Kelly. As first time buyers of a new build we didn’t fully know what to expect but the whole process so far has been very smooth and stress free. We get regular updates and Kelly is always available if we need for any questions or information. We are very much looking forward to moving into our new home and continuing the journey with Miller Homes.

I went in to the Greenachre site wanting to browse at the different houses .
I was welcomed by the lovely Lynne she was full of knowledge so patient and listened to all my needs .
She showed me round gave me lots of tips & information .I'm not buying right now but will be going back to see Lynne when I do .Great customer service .🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Myself and my mum went to Greenacre site to have a look at the show homes. I am not in a position to buy at this time however Lynne was extremely friendly ad helpful. She discussed all of my potential options and spend time asking all our questions and took us around the show home. If i do decide to buy i will definitely come back and see Lynne.

Buying a home can be stressful, but he supported me through the whole process with complete professionalism, clear communication, and a friendly attitude. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made sure I was informed and looked after every step of the way. He went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

Lynne @ Greenacres has provided exceptional customer experience in our home buying journey. She is very helpful and always delivers on her promises, doesn't forget things once you leave. And she is very lovely to speak to.

We’ve visited Greenacres a few times now and Lynne has been absolutely fantastic with us from the very beginning. She has been so patient, understanding and supportive and at no point have we ever felt pressured or pushed into anything.

We’ve always had lots of questions, probably more than we realise! But Lynne has always taken the time to answer them fully and reassure us whenever we’ve had any doubts or weren’t sure about something. Whether it’s been questions about different plots, garden sizes, layouts or the little details that you don’t always think about straight away, she’s always found out the information for us and come back with an answer. That has given us so much more confidence each time we visit.

She’s taken the time to show us around all the different houses available and rather than just trying to sell us one, she’s genuinely encouraged us to take our time and work out what is right for our family. One of the best tips she gave us was to make notes on each house about what we liked, what we weren’t sure about and anything we wanted to remember. Such a simple idea, but it’s been a brilliant way for us to compare the houses and figure out what matters most to us.

Lynne has also been incredibly supportive and understanding of our situation. We’ve never felt like ‘just another sale’, she genuinely wants to make sure we’re happy and that, when the time comes, we end up with the right home for us.

Our children have certainly kept us on our toes during our visits, but Lynne has been so lovely with them and has even managed to turn some of the little tasks into fun for them. That might seem like a small thing, but as parents, it really does make such a difference.

We honestly can’t wait for the day we can call our new house home and we’re so happy that Lynne will be there to guide and support us along the way.

Thank you Lynne, for being so patient, genuine and supportive throughout what can be such a big and daunting decision for a family. We really appreciate everything you’ve done for us so far and we’re looking forward to the next chapter.

Really impressed with how happy Lynne and the team are at supporting you through the process of buying a new house. Always happy talk you through your options and give you the information you need to make decisions. You never feel rushed and its clear that Lynne wants to make sure that you get what need at each step.

Mark C & Colin D.F were out recently doing some decorating snagging work. The work they carried out was to a good standard only issue was when asking them to do the things we had discussed with supervisor the answer was always “no it’s not on our sheet” which a couple of things weren’t but even some that were that they had missed when doing that area they weren’t happy about doing and tried to get out of doing it. Told us they would have time yet finished before 3 everyday when meant to be here til 4, doesn’t quite add up.

Everyone we spoke to at Miller Homes were excellent. In the main we dealt with Hannah whose knowledge and personal skills were outstanding. A real pleasure for Anne & I to meet her both in the office and on site.

In customer service terms just excellent - 10/10+

Had a good experience when visiting my sisters new home, I couldn't find find the proper location of my sisters new house at the new Hedgerows in Cambuslang. I popped into the showroom and Emma really helped me out very nice lady who not only pointed me in the right direction but also confirmed to me the number of house I was looking fir as I had actually got mixed up with the plot number and would have ended up at the wrong house otherwise. Thank you Emma very helpful, great customer service and I would recommend her for any further advice when on site.

We honestly didn’t think we would ever consider buying a new build home, but we’re so glad we did!

Emma in the sales team helped everything move so smoothly and quickly from start to finish. Even for a brand new house, the quality has been better than we expected.

Jordan has also been brilliant looking after us on the after sales side and genuinely can’t do enough to help with anything we’ve needed.

We’re really happy with our new home at The Hedgerows, Cambuslang and would definitely recommend Miller Homes.

We recently looked at new housing options at The Hedgerows in Cambuslang, and we had a great experience dealing with our personal sales advisor, Emma Sneedom. I felt that she was extremely professional, open, and gave us plenty of time to make an informed choice about the different house options. We were apprehensive going into this huge decision, and were nervous at first, but we both were completely comfortable speaking with her throughout the entire process. She made us (first time buyers!) feel really at ease. She was always in contact if we had any questions and that nothing felt too much trouble for her to answer. Thank You Emma.

visited miller today, hedge rows in glasgow, we spoke to emma about plots we saw online.
the homes for viewing were well finished we were very impressed with the hifh quality finishes.
emma looked very smart and was proffessional and friendly with us, it was a good experience.

We went to view the show homes at The Hedgerows and we loved the design, they were really well decorated and I think it was Emma, who was so helpful at answering our questions about the availability on site, thanks so much for a helpful service.

Amazing service turned up in time and fif a great job taking his time to make sure it was to a. High standard. He spotted few more things and even sorted them couldn’t ask for more
