We purchased the double/ full size mattress and frame combo. We went with the frame that resembled a crib, as our baby was 8 months of age starting the floor bed. We are now writting the review after using the floor bed for over a month. As mentioned by other commenters for the price of the frame and its quality do not match. Some of the wood boards were warped when unpacking them, as such the bed does not sit level on the floor and wobbles when getting in/ out and moving around in it. Also, when the gate is closed and you touch the rail on the gate side the latches are extremely loud and rattle.
Despite the frustrations with the quality of the materials for this frame I would like to say that using a floor bed has been extremely better for our family with our baby than using a crib.

The order was easy to make, the price was good, the material is great and it was easy to assemble! We love our bed for our little girl

The bed is good, it’s a good idea for a baby, however for the price the quality doesn’t match. Bed makes cracking noises getting in and out, railing side is not secure, latches are loud. The baby loves having a bed and it’s good for us but for the price these issues could be resolved.

We’ve been very happy with our Mimi Floor bed so far. We purchased the Little Dreamer Floor bed with the high rails. I’m actually quite surprised by the 1-star reviews. We had no troubles assembling and we find it to be very sturdy and secure, no squeaking, shaking, etc. We did use power tools to assemble, so perhaps if you only use an Allen key you may not get everything tight enough. The dowels could have been more snugg as it took two of us to hold in place or it would pop out while aligning the sides, but I wouldn’t dock a star for that.
I also found the company to be very helpful and quick to respond to concerns. One of my shipment notifications showed that a colour different to what I ordered was on the way, so I emailed for clarification. They were able to respond same day that they ensured the correct colour had shipped and it arrived within a few days.
This was also the only floor bed I could find anywhere online made of wood with high rails, so what a bonus that it’s a Canadian company too!
Yes, it’s a bit pricier than some alternatives, but it ticked all the boxes and we were very happy about the free shipping as well!

Our family bought this to give a try and reading some of the reviews on their website. Of course, they control the reviews and should have done more thorough research. The bed frame squawks even with little movement. And frames are one of the terribly made - worse than stuff you get from wayfair. Bed mattress is also cheaply made. I would not recommend anyone.

Cependant au niveau de la qualité de finition, cela pourrait être améliorer. Il y a des bavures de peinture sur les barreaux et nous avions une planche de fendue. Ils ont simplement peinturé par dessus pour camoufler. Les lattes sous le lit craquent à l’occasion.

Matelas semble de bonne qualité également.

Malgré tout, nous en rachèterions un haha!

Cependant ne tomber pas dans le piège du compteur de la promo. Il recommence sans arrêt. Il n’y a donc pas vraiment de promo.

The bed got delivered quickly and was a breeze to assemble. My 1 and a half year old girl never had too much difficulty going to sleep but since we switched to this bed she actually asks us to go when it's time to sleep. We cut on the rocking she just hops right in and falls to sleep. And she wakes up later too. She really likes it and we like it too because it's beautiful. Only downside IMO when compared to a conventional bed is that we adults are too heavy to lay alongside our child to read her a story.

Think twice before ordering—because if something goes wrong, you might be on your own.

I bought a bed from Mimi Beds almost two months ago, and it arrived with a missing part. They initially promised to ship the replacement that same week—but nothing arrived. I followed up multiple times and was ignored for weeks. Two weeks ago, they finally replied saying the part was being shipped, but again, nothing.
The bed itself seems okay, but the lack of care and commitment to customers is unacceptable. My child still doesn’t have a proper bed to sleep on, and the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.
What’s most upsetting is how different this feels from the warm, caring image they present on their website. There’s no phone number to call, and they’ve simply stopped responding. I feel completely disrespected as a customer.

Le lit est arrivé avec une pièce cassée et ça fait 1 mois ou plus que je le demande mais rien : nous nous excusons nous avons avons demandé l’envoi mais rien. Et lorsque je demande le retour aucune réponse…

The bed cracked and broke within 6months of owning. You are better off buying something from Ikea. I would not buy these beds at all. It's garbage. Save you're money do not shop here! They won't replace or provide a new part either.

A big thank you to Mini Beds and their team for bringing our idea to life, providing a comfortable, safe bed and making our baby's room awesome. During my order I had made a mistake selecting the wrong size of the mattress, the team worked with me to deliver the correct size at no extra cost and provided a return label for the wrong mattress again at no cost. I am grateful for the professionalism and care Mini beds had shown.

We ordered the double Little Dreamer Floor bed + Ary mattress combo (with mattress cover and pillow) for our baby who was outgrowing his bassinet.  The bonus poster (still in transit) is a nice touch to add to the room. 

Delivery timeframe was quick - the mattress (and cover + pillow) arrived within three days, and the bed frame rail arrived separately within ten days.

Quality of wood bed frame is very good (smooth polish with no signs of splinting); it creaks from heavier movement but that's expected with individual wood panels and a movable gate.  The mattress has the right amount of firmness and plushness for my baby (and for my husband and I when our baby needs someone to co-sleep with!). NOTE: Assemble with 2 people to keep your sanity!

I haven't seen other floor beds with a rail height of 30", which Mimi Beds gets 10/10 for. 

There were some quality issues with one of the floor board lengths that I addressed with some photos and they sent out a replacement, which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.  Further, they responded to all my inquiries within 24 hours and seem very dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction as a customer. 

Overall, the purchase was worth every penny and serves the purpose for my 1 year old who still needs rail support and space to roll around, yet will be able to use the mattress well into his elementary school years. (purchasing a mattress alone would cost over $600!). Their accessory items look like a fun addition to the bedroom, but was over my budget so I did not purchase those.

Overall purchasing from this company was a pleasant experience. No issues with ordering and shipping. Assembly was relatively easy for one person but would be best with two ppl. If I was to be critical of something, it would be that the bed creaks when I hop in with my kiddo.

We purchased Mimi beds' dream raft floor bed + combo mattress about a month ago. We are satisfied with it as it suits our needs. The quality of the bed is what we expected considering the price point. The bed is sturdy enough for our 1 year old, although it does squeak a bit. It took a bit of time to assemble it. The mattress is firm and comfortable.

I found the bamboo mattress to be comfortable and is firm enough that it doesn't sink in or cause baby to roll towards you with cosleeping. The bed frame itself is quite creaky which makes it hard to come/go when cosleeping with a light sleeper baby!

Website is glitchy, causing me to order the wrong sized bed. Turns out to exchange or return they sharp shipping AND a 15% restocking fee. The reviews on the website are vastly different than the ones on trustpilot.. all around seems like a scam company and I'm out a lot of money now with a toddler who has no bed. Also to top it all off shipping was extremely delayed after the website promises next day shipping ... It shipped over 2 weeks after I placed the order. Awful experience all around

We love my daughter’s new bed from Mimi, it will be perfect for transitioning to her own bed. I am impressed with the quality of the bed and I received excellent customer service when inquiring about delivery. The instructions for assembly were great and it was not difficult to assemble.
