Unsatisfied
Met Dr. Haroon for the first time on July 13th 2025 for having loose volume on one side of my lower face, I told him that one side was fuller than the other. He initiated dissolving first then fillers after that, so i agreed because i thought he had the knowledge. I woke up on the 14th of July 2025 with a complete flat face.I contacted him and express my worries to him,he then re assured me that, the area will rehydrate in the next few weeks and things will improve. It's been almost 10 months and my lower face has gotten worse than ever before. I have very deep lines on my nasolabial folds and very uneven face. I've contacted him about this issue on numerous times but he refused to take any responsibility for his actions. I've got all evidence from before meeting him up to date and have tried expressing how disappointed and depressed i am because of my face.

When we first met on 13 July 2025, you came to me unhappy with the results of dermal filler treatments performed elsewhere — specifically, that the nasolabial area was overfilled and distorted. After a careful discussion of options, including the risks, benefits and alternatives, you agreed that dissolving the existing filler was the appropriate first step. Before treatment I clearly explained that dissolving removes filler entirely, and that the area would temporarily look as it did before any filler had ever been placed. This was confirmed again in writing the following day via WhatsApp, and every subsequent step was discussed and agreed before proceeding.
Following that, you returned for treatment on 26 July 2025, again on 17 September 2025, and for a complimentary review on 14 April 2026. On the day of your September treatment you very kindly left a five-star Google review describing the experience as positive and professional — at the time of writing, that review remains public.
On several occasions since, you have requested further filler. I have declined when I felt additional product would not serve your best interest, and I have never charged you for a review appointment. My priority has always been your long-term result. As I have explained, adding more filler to this region — which is what you have repeatedly asked for — would risk recreating the same overfilled, distorted appearance you originally came to me to correct. From an ethical standpoint I am not willing to take payment for a treatment I believe will leave you looking worse, and that is where our disagreement began.
It’s also worth noting that dermal filler in this region typically lasts 12–18 months, and the filler placed in September 2025 remains visibly present and working as intended. The aim of treatment in this area is to soften the nasolabial fold, not to erase it — the fold itself is a natural anatomical feature of the face, and attempting to eliminate it completely would create the very overfilled, distorted appearance you originally came to me to correct.
My door remains open should you wish to come in and discuss things calmly in person. I have always tried to act in your best interest, and that has not changed. I genuinely wish you well Ajie.

I chose to travel some distance to see Dr Haroon as the quality of his work was evident from his website and Instagram, and as this was my first procedure I had a few nerves. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure, made sure all my questions were answered, and took his time during the procedure to explain what he was doing as he went. I was really pleased with my results and I would definitely return! Amazing experience! - Filler
I was recommended Haroon through another doctor/medical professional. Looking online easy to navigate and see he is DOCTOR (so important!!). I went for nose filler (and to ask lots of other random questions about filler). Lovely clean and pretty clinic in Reigate. Had a tea and made me feel so comfortable, very chatty and personable.
Such an easy and pain free process and he told me literally every single thing he was doing so there was no surprises.
Result AMAZING !!!!! Genuinely had no idea that that filler could change my nose this much it looks INCREDIBLE. Even mentioned that I have always wanted a nose job, but if the results are achieved by this then I can’t see why I would need to save for such extreme surgery. Life changing !! Looks so natural, and has changed the way I smile (from hooked to sleek and straight).
Great experience and can’t wait to go back for more treatments :)

Dr Haroon Ashraf is honestly the best practitioner I’ve ever been to. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, very personable, makes you feel at ease, and always explains the treatment in detail beforehand.
If you’re worried about needles, he’s very gentle and precise, you don’t even feel them going in.
I’ve had fillers, polynucleotides, and microneedling done by him, and my skin has never looked better - I couldn’t recommend him more!
