From the moment you enter their website, you are pushed into an endless upsell loop. You cannot access the actual core functionality without first paying for one plan, then another, and then being pushed into even more expensive plans. The pricing quickly escalates — in my case it went up to around $100 per month — just to unlock basic features.
The worst part is the refund process. It is intentionally complicated. They require you to upload invoices, provide detailed personal information, and fill out very specific data like the exact time of purchase. You carefully submit everything, wait several days, and then they simply reply that your request cannot be processed because something was "not entered correctly" — even when everything was filled in properly.
They rely on hidden policies buried at the bottom of their website to deny refunds. This feels extremely misleading and unfair.
In my experience, this platform is designed to push you into paying more and make it very difficult to get your money back.
Be very cautious before giving them your payment details.

Therefore, it is normal that you only have access to the features you paid for.

This is a misleading application
I was reviewing the features before purchasing, and they are not clear that the cheapest plan.
which already costs $40, does not actually include the core functionality you expect.
You pay $40, log in, and only then realize you still can’t do what you need.
and then if you wnat those functionalitys you need to spend another 30$.
In reality, everything available in the $40 plan can already be done in the free version. There is no meaningful added value.
As soon as I accessed the account, I realized it didn’t provide the features implied during the purchase process. I immediately requested a refund. They took two days to respond, only to tell me that a refund was not possible.
This is extremely misleading. I do not recommend using this application or website.

Excellent support and very professional handling
I had a great experience with Minea’s support team. I initially misunderstood how the pause plan works, but their support was very responsive, patient, and professional throughout the conversation.
They clearly explained everything, reactivated my Premium subscription when needed, and even helped me arrange a temporary cancellation with a clear confirmation that I can reactivate later without paying again.
I really appreciate the transparency and human support — not many tools handle billing concerns this fairly. Looking forward to using Minea properly once I resume my dropshipping work.
Highly recommended for both the tool and the customer support.
