minekeep has been great usually, but they slowly start to fall off i feel like. the server performances get poor, the ticket support is really slow and not always helpful, they often have problems with servers which makes them unplayable at some times and its just all turning in a less enjoyable direction. i loved them when i found them, now im starting to slowly look for a new hoster

I love how mine keep gives the option for a free server and paid ones I’ve been using the free plan and I’ve had no issues it’s just because they lock the USA servers for the paid servers I get bad ping but otherwise it’s great

My Server keeps crashing and its laggy its a lifesteal pvp server were all 13 years old and just wanna play my class and i are very sad about this:(

I’ve used Minekeep for nearly an Year, and I think its the best Free Minecraft Server host EVER! You get a ton of free servers that come with easy setup and for a small Project enough Ram! Now they optimized the Mobile Minekeep website wich makes Managing servers on Mobile much easier.

The free plan is absolutely brilliant! It has great service, the free plans automatically start, and allows plugins! It also has paid plans, and a central minecraft lobby so you can advertise your servers to thousands of people! Honestly the best server panel I've used, go to it now!!!

Customer service is terrible, If you have an issue with your server don't create a ticket, they keep you waiting for 5 days for an answer while they chat in discord. if your memory spikes for a split second your server will stop so you need to keep an eye on it 24/7 in case it happens, You cannot use any plugin that requires ports to be open on UDP such as votifier as they do not support it, The service is ok if you want to run a roblox style gamemode server but for anything else get a better service.

Like minehut was, back when it was good. Wish there were US or Australia server locations though, this prevents me from making the switch.

i have been using minekeep since march this year and honestly i have had minimal issues, and any downtime i experience is scheduled and my community is made aware. minekeep has some of the most competitive pricing on the market, and the advertising feature in the minekeep lobby is brilliant for organic server growth, the staff are friendly, the community is very helpful, and the owner md5nake is a really helpful person who always has time for you.

Very helpful staff i wasnt up to date on the rules and messed up and we were able to work through it no problem highly recommend their platform11

When my server was broken my favourite md5 helped me get it back and working and solve the issue in less then 5 mins, great service and moderators. 100% would reccomend

Pretty good. They give you 1GB of good quality RAM (that isn't being shared with other people at the same time) and it runs pretty good. The owner and staff can sometimes be aggressive, but its good for a 1GB server.

This Minecraft server hosting is just fabulous. I had a problem and when I contacted them they very quickly responded and fixed it. I like how if you use a free plan you don’t have to go to the dashboard to turn it on and just join the server and it will take me their server, turn on my server and redirect me back to my server. If you need a Minecraft server for free or even paid, Minekeep is the place to go

The community is amazing, the servers are well made and the website is really easy to use, manage, nice to look at and I can play with my friends despite them being on bedrock
