Minimalist Designs Reviews

They have great item at a reasonable price and great service.

Ali has been great, right on the order. I have made a few changes that were looked after quickly and professionally.

East delivery and very beautiful cufflinks!

Loved the signet rings with the Violette family crest. They are perfect for my wedding

I came across a family signet ring made years ago in the UK. Wanted a reproduction of the ring for my son but it cost thousands of dollars. Minimalist Designs created the same ring with my family crest for the fraction of the cost. A beautiful product! Very high quality. Everyone comments on its beauty!

I have ordered two rings from Minimalist Designs and I couldn’t be more happy with the quality and design. My first ring was solid white gold, but I liked it so much I had to order another. Though it did take some time for the first ring to come in, it was ordered during holiday timeframe, they tracked it and communicated when it was out for delivery. The second ring took maybe 2-3 weeks until I received it, well within the companies posted timeframe. All-in-all, I was definitely impressed with their work. I will definitely be purchasing more from Minimalist Designs in the future!

My experience was great, good product and was very impressed with the level of detail with my coat of arms ring.

Ring turned out great, the whole experience is painless. I've actually ordered a couple rings after seeing how the quality and how easy it was.

It is impossible to get a hold of anyone who can give you an update on your order. I have sent various emails and messages on the website and no one replies. I received on communication about my files for the engraving and selecting the design,

I have ordered several custom pieces and have found them to be beyond my expectations. My last order did have an issue and know mistakes happen, the assistance and communication I received resolving this issue was more than superb and a new ring was recast and sent to me promptly! Well Done and thank you!

My ring turned out exactly as requested. I really like that they email a proof of the design so you can adjust it if necessary!

Received our ring today and could not be more pleased. Not only was the shipping really fast, but the quality of the ring was as good as what I hoped for.
Thank you for your spectacular service!

The quality and design of the item were excellent. The service was horrible.

Exellent experince, very professional, good quality.

About eight months ago I ordered a special ring that I designed for my wife, it turned out totally awesome. I recently ordered a matching for my self, and the only difference was mine was bigger of course. After a couple of emails with the designs, we had the ring style on paper. The final ring was totally great even better than the first ring. I recommend that if you want a ring and design it yourself, you have to give "Minimalist Designs" a chance to make your dream come true. They are very professional and customer service is all top shelf, the attention to detail in the ring is awesome. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Minimalist Designs for doing a great job.

I love the 2 custom initial signet rings I ordered. They turned out just as I imagined. I requested photos of the personalization I wanted and the team provided me with that prior to my order to ensure we were on the same page. Communication with the company was helpful, they checked in and despite being a small team, they care so much about the quality of the products and customer service. I would absolutely recommend working with them if you have a special design or request and would certainly order from them again as their prices are reasonable considering for the quality of their jewelry. This was my first time ordering something really special and it was a positive experience. Thank you, Minimalist Designs!

I wanted to create a family heirloom to remember my father by and it is more beautiful than I had expected it to be. It is definitely worth handing down to my kids. Excellent communication with my order details to ensure I was getting what I wanted.

The ring I ordered looked great! I ordered engraving on the outside and inside.
The problem I have is they failed to engrave the inside, which is very disappointing.

I finally found the ring I want. The professional staff have guided me through the design and composition of the ring. It feels like someone is walking you through this process.

Great Company and follow up!!
