Minimum Mouse Reviews

I'm always a bit wary of ordering online from a company I don't know. However, nothing ventured...
They were fantastic!
I ordered 2 pairs jeans but the wrong size, so had to return them. The return process was easy (you do need to pay postage) but refund came though quickly.
I ordered the next size down and they fit perfectly. Happy bunny.

I emailed twice to ask for an exchange as the dungarees are slightly snug, but no response.

A very courteous email explaining my email had been missed due to landing in a junk folder.

Since then I have recieved a response, and have exchanged for the next size up, extremely pleased

Love the products and delivery was very fast

Good communication and fast delivery. Will use again

The dress is lovely and delivery was within 48 hours of purchase

Really great clothes. I purchased a dress and it's really well made, fits well and it's soft fabric. Quick delivery and packaged well. 💜

I had a very pleasant experience shopping with minimum mouse, they ended up not having my size in something but sent the next size to see if that would work. When I contacted customer services they responded quickly and go everything sorted.

Small snafu on sizing for one of my overalls, but it worked out.

Fabulous items, speedy dispatch and delivery. Would definitely shop here again

I have never bought from you before but I shall most definitely be buying from you again. What a fantastic selection of Run and Fly garments and dare I say a better selection than their online store and lots more sizes. Delivery was fast and I am utterly delighted with my dungarees. Thankyou so very much. I will be back for more ❤️❤️

Did not receive goods. Had email bounce back so not able to contact them.

Love this dress! Got here really quickly. Dress is amazing!

Great products, fair prices and excellent customer service.

This is my first time using Minimum Mouse I found the process from shopping to delivery excellent. The product I ordered was of good quality.

Lovely these trousers, lovely and long, cool pattern and stretchy so comfortable. Quick delivery too

Fantastic dungarees and service - thank you! 🤩

I love my Run and Fly jumpsuit. Great price on website. Well packaged and arrived very quickly in the post. Will definitely buy from Minimum Mouse again.

This is the first time I have purchased from Minimum Mouse and really pleased with the overall service and items I purchased. It was very easy to place the order, and it came very swiftly. The only thing I would say is, if they could consider looking into using less soft plastic for their packaging for the future, it's hard to find a place that recycles this where I live. However, I suspect that some of the packaging is from the manufacturers who make the clothes and send in plastic which they can't control, and they are a small business so harder to achieve economically. I would certainly buy from them again though.
