Fast, on time and great products!

My order process was easy. My unit shipped right on time and arrived earlier than promised. The install went smooth. It was all I could ask for.

Everything was packed very well all the parts were there except for remote holder and when I got it hooked up it worked perfectly so far even WiFi was easy to connect

The compressor box was opened and terribly packaged

I did my homework and contacted multiple retailers and manufacturers to find the right replacement unit. I was going to buy on the website but I called to ask a few final questions and Jenny answered them and was so helpful that I even placed the order through her. In fact, had I bought on the website, it would have been the wrong unit. The unit could have been delivered the next day but my installer couldn't come until the fallowing week. It's been installed and working great since. So, from my experience, I can recommend Jenny and Co.

This was excellent experience everything came and was installed

The unit was not working as it should on start up. Called the place I bought it from and was told to talk to tech. Support. They talked to us like an insurance company not REALLY wanting to give info nor help. My self a HVAC TECH TECH. OF 30 YRS AND MY MASTER install who has installed over 20 of the same system, Agreed problems from startup was told basically too bad. Nothing was done. We were very surprised due to not having any problems so never having to call tech. Service. Because it was never anything we were unable to figure out. It their loss I’m a premiere fu Jitsu dealer. Wanted something the average person could afford, and reliable. So their loss. I buy $10 -$15k per year from them, no more due to not taking care of this problem as it should have been taken care of. It just shows it’s all about the money not Customer Service. We will buy a different brand from someone that takes care of the customers that help keep them in business. Thanks Jim Kracium.

Order shipped quicky and arrived in a few days. Excellent, but a line set for a two-zone was missing. Called customer service, and got immediately connected with helpful rep. A 2nd line set was sent FedEx that day. Good folks.
