Minkøbermægler.dk Reviews

As first-time homebuyers, Anders guided us through the purchasing process, ensuring everything went smoothly without any surprises.

His communication was clear and prompt, and he took the time to explain every step along the way. With his thorough support and keen attention to detail, we felt completely confident throughout the process.

I would definitely recommend Anders to my friends and colleagues.

I can’t recommend Anders highly enough! As first-time buyers, we had limited knowledge of the process, but he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making us feel completely confident in our decisions. His attention to detail is exceptional, and he was always quick to respond whenever we needed him. It was a huge relief knowing that nothing escaped his notice, and he managed all communication with both us and the estate agency with the utmost professionalism and care. Truly outstanding service!

I had the pleasure of working with Anders while purchasing my first apartment, and I couldn’t have asked for better support. He was approachable, friendly, and made the entire process so much smoother. His excellent English was a huge plus, ensuring clear communication every step of the way. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for professional and reliable legal assistance!

Anders represented us during a recent apartment purchase, and my experience with his services was absolutely positive. He guided us through a somewhat complicated case without any issues, making the entire process feel smooth and manageable.

Anders was clear, explicit, and careful with every detail. I felt well-informed and confident that everything was being handled properly.

I would highly recommend Anders to anyone in need of a real estate lawyer.

Anders helped us in the entire process of purchasing our first property in Denmark. He was extremely supportive and patient when guiding us through all the steps. Everything was clear, responses were fast and he was always available.
I would highly recommend his services.

Was suggested by a colleague saying he was especially good for expats, definitely met the expectations!

Anders was recommended by a friend who received his help in purchasing their house, and we're truly glad we took that recommendation. He is extremely competent, thoroughly checking and informing us about every detail. He was available whenever we needed him, providing quick responses—often within hours—and regularly following up with the seller on our behalf. His attention to detail was so impressive that even four of the banks we spoke to were surprised; they had missed information in the contract that he managed to find.

Overall, it was a great experience, and he has our full recommendation. As first-time buyers, he definitely made our lives less stressful. Of all the banks, financial advisors, and other professionals we dealt with during the purchase process, Anders was the one person we felt truly knew what he was doing.

Recommend for any first time home buyer, especially expats.

We decided to go with Anders as he advises in both English and Danish, since my wife is not fluent in Danish. Anders is very professional and from the beginning we felt supported with the different aspects of the purchase. We appreciated his flexibility and the fact that he was easy to reach and very good at communicating and replying to our questions, since we had quite tight timelines. Moreover, he was very thorough with all parts of the contract, following up with the different parties until all outstanding items were settled. We have tried other real estate advisors in the past and Anders has provided the best services we have experienced. To sum up, we can highly recommend Anders and Minkøbermægler.

Anders was super professional, very responsive and fast turnaround. It was very helpful for us to have someone walk us through all the steps and exmplain danish laws and practices as we are international and don't speak the language. He negotiated the price for us and was amazing at managing a tough situation with the sellers.
We have have also used the inspection service and we were very satisfied with the professionals he sent to help us.
Overall 10/10 experience

Anders has been our trusted advisor during the process of purchasing our property. He guided us through each step, answered our questions thoroughly, reviewed and explained the documentation, and made the whole process easier.
I can't recommend his services enough.

We have just bought our first apartment with the help from Anders.

As a first time buyers, we were unsure about most part of the real estate purchase process and were afraid that being an expat and not knowing danish would make the whole process complicated and painful.

Andres not only made us feel easy about the whole process but made it look like a walk in the park. All our questions/queries, no matter how silly they were, were taken seriously and he made sure that we felt safe throughout the process. He was always ready to answer our questions and more often than not responded back within few hours regardless of whether it was a text message, an email or a phone call.

We are glad that we hired Anders as our buyer's agent and are exteremly satisfied with the help and services that he has provided throughout the purchase process. Anders has our highest recommendation for anyone looking to purchase a house.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Anders while purchasing my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Anders was incredibly attentive and responsive, always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had.

One of the standout moments was when Anders helped me navigate a particularly challenging negotiation. His expertise and calm demeanor were invaluable, ultimately securing the best possible terms for my purchase. Additionally, he coordinated seamlessly with other professionals involved in the transaction, ensuring everything proceeded smoothly and on time.

I highly recommend Anders [Minkøbermægler.dk] to anyone looking to buy a home. His professionalism, dedication, and personalized service made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I will definitely be using his services again in the future.
