It was truly a pleasure to deal with Mint Home when replacing my 20 yr old heat pump. The quote process was simple. There was none of the high pressure sales tactics that are so typical in the AC business these days. Owen runs things at the office and answered all my questions and went out of his way to find me a unit to be installed right away. Sean, the lead installer, is a stickler for doing things right and making sure the install goes smoothly. If he is in charge of your install, you're in good hands. Overall, Mint Home's quote was thousands less expensive than any of the big name AC companies and their attention to detail is remarkable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

From initial contact to completion of the installation the entire process was great. Always got an immediate reply when ever we requested additional information. From the interviews and on through the installation process it was seamless. Never felt pressured at any time. Professional all the way.

Dustin was and has continued to be a great resource for understanding the process of replacing and repairing my AC handler and Compressor/condenser. Not only was he super communicative with the process, scheduling, and billing expectations, but he took the time to understand my homes needs and provided excellent customer service through the entire process. Mint was super flexible with scheduling needs and overall catered to me and my schedule, which is super rare! There was no mandatory scheduled times or dates and everyone over all was super accommodating as I work 2 jobs and it's hard for me to be in one place at one time for very long. That being said, Jeremiah is a wonderful tech. He is very inviting and pleasant to be around. What could have been a tedious process ended up being a breeze due to his solution oriented mindset, field knowledge, and overall technical skills. The entire process was a success and I honestly would recommend using them for any of your HVAC needs as they provide swift and detailed correspondence, are organized, and dedicated, skilled workers. It was an absolute pleasure working with them and I will continue to give them my support in the business by enlisting in their Mint Care program for all my future and preventative maintenance HVAC needs.

My AC unit was on it's last leg due to last summer heatwave in 2024. My ac was the original ac to home since built in 2007. Came home one evening in October and my ac was making a strange sound. So I called home warranty and the repair person repaired unit and said I will need a new ac. I asked for quote and he the nerve to send me a quote of $18,000. The look on my face must have said it all he said bottom line $16,000. I told him bye and thanks. I saw Mint on FB filled out quote and Owen called next day and left a message and then text. We spoke and he made me offer I couldn't refuse. I got sick over the holidays and had to delay installation but Owen stuck with me. Our agreement never changed and ac was installed. Owen and his team was awesome he did a follow up visit. I will recommend Mint anytime. I'm a satisfied customer.

I found mint by happenstance and it turned out to be a happy coincidence! 19 year old unit needed replacement on my elderly mom's home. Got multiple quotes and was blown away by the price difference they offered. Much like other reviews it made me skeptical at first but Owen and the whole team did an amazing job putting me at ease. The unit was installed without an hassle and mom is loving the new unit. So glad I found them and hoping to do business with them for a long time coming!

Our install team led by Jeremiah was top-notch, professional, and friendly. Solid customer service, clear quotes, better pricing, and helped us select what was right for our situation. Awesome overall experience with Mint Home. We had 25+ year old units that needed to be replaced. Shopped around for a few bids but ultimately settled on Mint due to competitive rates and customer experience. Owen was super friendly, responsive, answered all questions and guided us through the whole process. The crew they sent out were professional and efficient and got everything done in one day. Post installation, we needed some additional info related to the install and they did not hesitate to follow up and get us everything we needed. Excellent work! Lowest price I found for a Trane unit, they allowed me to schedule online for a couple days later and within minutes Gal the project manager called to confirm. They sent Simon to measure before and the install went great, very quick and efficient. Love that everything was this simple

My AC unit was out for over a week with another company promising to have it replaced within days. I sent an inquiry to Mint and within minutes, Owen called and provided information and set up for Simon to come out immediately due to the extreme Arizona summer.
The unit I requested was not available and measurements were not exact due to me having an older home.
They made accommodations to have duct work modified to fit my home. Granted this took an extra day or so but to go above and beyond; was amazing.
After install (a few days later) a technician came back out to check on the unit to make sure it was operating properly.
These guys went above and beyond, I would recommend them; time and time again.
