Miracamp has not only helped me to plug the gaps in my editing knowledge; it has also inspired me to be more creative and confident in what I produce. The video editing course is the perfect balance between tutorials and assignments. In other online courses I have done, there has been too much theory and not enough practical application of the learning; which is the best way (especially for me) to learn. I am thoroughly enjoying the course, its content and the fun, challenging exercises. If you want to learn to become a better editor and at the same time create work you can use to start building a winning portfolio, I would highly recommend.

My experience at Miracamp is enhanced and enriched by expert instructors who are dedicated to providing higher levels of learning, guidance, mentorship, and training in video editing for the sole purpose of producing top-level video editors.

There's no free pass. Each video editor (student) MUST earn their status.

For example, whenever I do a project that does not meet assignment standards exactly, I am asked to resubmit the project/assignment.

Instructor's feedback usually tells what is wrong. Also, the requests often explain how to correct a problem; simultaneously, I am instructed: If "you" are still struggling, schedule a 1-on-1 meeting with an instructor who is available next.

Miracamp is a company with instructors who care about their students! These are instructors who know the importance of incorporating "value" into their curriculum. These are instructors who I am very sure are hopeful to graduate top-level video editors who will ultimately take on challenges, demonstrate, and perform well in the video editing industry and across industries. I am delighted to be a part of this growing community.

Responsive and patient instructor. Good quality footage to work with. I'm only on part 2 of 11 though, but so far it's been a great course.

I was a total beginner in video editing on a professional level. I enrolled in Miracamp. At first, I found Adobe Premier Pro to be overwhelming and frustrating. With professional instructors who do 1 on 1 video coaching, I soon began to get a better understanding. All i can say is the instructors are excellent and patient. I'm half way through the course and on my way. I can't recommend Miracamp enough.

What made the experience great: The exercises are super hands-on and really help you learn by doing (masking, keyframing, speed ramps, etc.). Teachers are patient, quick to reply, and actually appreciate when you point out issues (like the 2026 Premiere interface changes) – they apologized and said they're updating the guides right away. That level of support is rare and makes a big difference.
What the company is doing well: Good structure, clear step-by-step guides (even if some need updating), and a focus on real skills instead of theory.
Constructive feedback: Some parts of the course are still based on Premiere Pro 2025, so if you're using 2026 you run into small frustrations with tool locations (e.g., Pen Mask Tool moved to the toolbar). It's not a huge deal if you're willing to figure it out, but updating the materials would make it perfect.
Overall, highly recommend for anyone serious about video editing – especially beginners to intermediate. Great value and community feel!

Miracamp has been a very positive experience for me so far. It is extremely knowledgeable and I would not be able to learn like this on my own from YouTube. It also helps me to keep pursuing and not have any self doubt to where I give up because I feel held accountable by coaches, having a community and the exercises. So it's not like you just pay for something and you are on your own still. I'm hoping to be able to free lance or find work from this and I will try to update this review with those results. Also I am doing the Video editing course and AI creation courses and may possibly get the content creator course later. Thank you Miracamp!

I am currently working through my course and it is amazing! It's set out in easy to manage classes and explained at a really nice pace. I don't feel overwhelmed learning anything and have access to great 1-1 help from teachers and other students. The access you get to the forum and the job board are a major bonus as I know I have access to different contacts forever with the help of this programme. The addition of extra lessons on my course as the editing software updates over time is also really good so I know that I am learning the most up to date things.

When I first started Miracamp, I had little knowledge of how Premiere Pro worked. I was trying to learn using YouTube and found myself frustrated every time. At Miracamp, I am finally getting it. Everything feels so much easier to understand. Don't get me wrong, the assignments are challenging. However, if you're stuck and need help, you can quickly schedule a one-on-one call with one of the coaches. These one-on-one calls are in-depth, and the coaches ensure you understand the concept before you end the call. I am about 40% through the exercises, and I can say my videos are light-years better than my past ones. I recommend anyone who wants to learn the art and skill of video editing to take this course.

I am happy with the courses so far and the lessons are easy to follow and understand with video's of how to perform certain tasks.

Very satisfied with MiraCamp so far. The bootcamp is interactive, interesting, and the mentors are always available to help. I’m a week into the video editing bootcamp and finding it well worth the investment. The staff and instructors are very responsive which makes it easier to grasp the concepts.

Miracamp is a great asset for video editors. Whether for personal art or to become a full time professional these courses have what you need! The coaches are super friendly and responsive. The courses are cohesive and understandable while the assignments help you progress through hands on practice. The self pacing also helps if you are working as you can create your own schedule. I’ve been meaning to take a proper DaVinci Resolve course for a while to bring my video editing skills to an employable level. I looked around, both free and paid options, and after doing my own research, Miracamp stood out as the most solid choice. Eventually, I pulled the trigger and enrolled in their video editing program.

I’m only on my second assignment, but the curriculum is already making a difference. It’s thorough, well-structured, and broken down into logical steps that actually help you improve, instead of overwhelming you. There are also other resources I haven’t fully tapped into yet, like the community of learners and professionals, and even a job board for those who complete the course and earn the certificate.

I’m enjoying the learning process so much that I’m not even thinking about finishing it. I’m just focused on learning, improving, and seeing where it takes me.

My experience so far at Miracamp has been amazing. I’ve been a self-taught videographer for about two years and using DaVinci Resolve Studio for seven months, and I’m honestly surprised by how much I didn’t know. The quick hacks and small tricks they teach have been real game-changers for my workflow.

Joaquin is an amazing coach. Even though I already came in at a higher level, he told me he’d be extra critical to really push my boundaries — and that’s exactly what he’s done. It’s helped me become even more professional throughout the course.

I can’t believe how much my style has evolved in just a few weeks — it’s insane. I know Miracamp mainly advertises for beginners, but I would highly recommend it if you’re self-taught and already at an advanced level. Trust me, you’ll still learn new things that will completely change your editing process.

This course is helping me improve my skill set on a program I once saw as complicated. It’s teaching me to slow down and dive deeper into each lesson. I’m now understanding the creative side of making a video—how to train my eye to turn individual pieces of footage into a story, one shot at a time.
