I bought a house (new construction) I was able to choose the fixtures in the home. I accidentally purchased the brightest lights I’ve ever seen. They were not conducive for a home. I left it alone and then after two years decided I either needed softer lights or a new chandelier. I spoke with a customer service rep would advised me that although the tone of the lights were not changeable. They would be happy to assist with providing me with new lights that can hang from the same apparatus. The level of attention I received to this project was unmatched. Consistent follow up …even after the project was complete . I would highly recommend this company and their products.

Such a good experience ordering from Mirodemi. I needed a chandelier in Italy and fell in love with one of theirs.
