My order arrived timely and no damage.

Ordered 5 large mirrors for a new home. Beautiful product, gorgeous frames, high quality, expertly packaged and delivered. Great customer service and follow-up.

Loved how you guys got back to me right away with any questions I had.

This is a beautiful mirror. I would buy from Mirror Lot again.

Custom design constructed and finished per spec’s! Really nice wood pieces! A Real High quality product! VERY HAPPY! (Almost forgot - super packaging!)

Fast service, and the mirror is beautiful!

The table is gorgeous and exactly what I requested. The quality of the table and grain of the wood is amazing. It is so much more than I expected.

This was my third purchase of multiple mirrors. They are all amazing quality and beautiful. You will never find anything like these mirrors.

Second purchase: nice selection, great packaging, delivered in a timely manner. Very happy customer

Mirror arrived sooner than expected. It’s extremely well made and beautiful. I love it. Will use you again.

The mirror is fantastic. I really like the hanging system, made putting the mirror on the wall very easy. The packaging was really great, protected the mirror really well in transit and looks like they really cared about how it was done.

We needed a large mirror for a bath with an 11 foot ceiling. We had the perfect size made with an awesome frame. It looks stunning! Everyone compliments it. The shipping crate arrived in perfect condition. Everything went smoothly and on time. We couldn’t be more impressed!

Good quality. Came packed well .

The website is easy to use to order mirrors and I ordered several samples to help with the selection- I was ordering several mirrors. 5 of the 6 mirrors arrived and were fine but one was broken in many places. I found the service to return the broken mirror slow to respond initially. Eventually they responded and required many photos to process the replacement- I had sent several already that showed that the packaging was undamaged. The replacement mirror arrived and is perfect. It was packaged much more heavily than the first one and I’m not sure why they didn’t use the heavier packaging to begin with. However- very nice mirrors that look great in the space.

The mirror was packed beautifully. I love the frame! Sometimes seeing things online is not what it looks like in person, but this mirror surpassed our expectations!

Ship crating was excellent. Receive mirror and it is perfect. Better than I expected. Beautfiul.

Love my new mirror. Also love that I can order the exact size to fit the space and choose the frame I like. I received it nicely packaged as to not break or damage the frame and mirror. The only thing is that I was not offered the option to bevel the mirror. Not sure why. I was able to choose the bevel option on the last two mirrors that I ordered. Although the bevel option did not stop me from ordering and I'm still happy with my choice.

Everyone was very helpful. The mirror we ordered came VERY well packaged, and it was beautiful.

Two mirrors came well packaged and no breakage or imperfections. I'm happy.

MirrorLot has a fabulous selection of frames made to custom dimensions. We found the perfect frame after exhausting all options at typical stores and online websites. We were afraid we were going to have to “settle” until we came upon MirrorLot! We, and our contractor, were very impressed with the over-the-top, solid wood bracing & packaging. We received our mirror within the timeframe given and are proud of the product we received. We highly recommend MirrorLot.
