MirrorLot Reviews

The table was so nice.
I love it.

Mirror is beautiful. Solid construction, excellent hardware provided for hanging

Well packed for secure travel. Mirror is beautiful

Great, well put together mirrors and the custom sizing comes is very handy.

Absolutely love our custom mirror!
Thank you for making it 93" wide! and for redoing it, when the delivery trucking company broke the mirror in transit. Everything was seamless!
I highly recommend MirrorLot for making your custom size and frame mirror! Great customer service and Great looking Mirror / Frame!

Great product. Outstanding packaging. Good value considering both mirrors were 100% custom.

It was easy to order. Arrived on time and looks great! I would definitely order from here again or recommend for others to use.

First time customer, very pleased with our mirror. The order was processed fast and we received our mirror faster than our expected. The delivery team was very good, unpacked and let us inspected it before signed off. The mirror itself is a high quality mirror. We still haven't had a chance to hang it at this time due to the size. They are quick to answer email question requests, usually by next business day. We feel comfortable order again if we need a custom mirror in the future.

quality of the products, the finish on the wood, and the style of bases were excellent

Communication through the process was very good; albeit via email vs phone, as it is difficult to get a live person on the phone. We received calls from time to time but had troubling getting a live person when we called. We were very happy you could custom the table to our needs. The product was well packaged on arrival. The final product is beautiful! We had a good experience from start to finish.

Love that you can make any size with so many frames to choose from!

Delivered on time. High quality. Extremely pleased!

Product is excellent. Exactly as described.

Customer support issues: I never received any communication when requesting updates via the messaging tool in the app. However, my query directly to the support email was answered promptly.

Great quality, wonderful options, totally customizable sizes and packaged for undamaged delivery.

I'm sure I will order again soon.

We ordered two matching mirrors for a bathroom remodel project. MirrorLot had an abundance of frame options to choose from and we were able to find a perfect match to the vanity. Ordering and receiving samples was fast and easy. The finished product was perfect, really great job on the mitered edges. The overall value was great, received a custom product for less than many of the pre finished mirrors we shopped online for.

Excelente servicio único que le falta es tener a alguien que hable español para que los clientes que hablamos español podamos entender 100%

Nice work. Looks great
Pretty
Lots of compliments

Received a phone call to confirm ALL details immediately after I placed my order online. The packaging of the mirror was impressive. Heck, it probably could have been dropped off a roof and stayed intact. Highly recommend these folks!

Beautiful mirror. Frame is perfect, exceeded my expectations. Arrived packaged so securely.no damage in shipping.

The mirrors turned out exactly like I thought they would. The website gives a great description of the frames. They were incredibly well made as well as wonderfully package for shipping. I really am impressed with the whole operation.
