Awful company. Ordered mirror, arrived broken and damaged. Had replacement sent out, again, arrived damaged. Had third replacement, damaged again.
Awful customer service. Awful communication. Rubbish quality. They could get away with being a scam company. Awful experience. I have asked for a refund. Should have done that the first time round.

There's a fantastic selection of mirrors to choose from in the online catalogue. I spotted one I really liked. I read that the mirrors are made-to-order in Poland and, since Poland is in the EU, went ahead and ordered one. They're not cheap, so I expected quality, and that's what I got. It was delivered on time, by tracked FedEx, in 8 days; very well made and very well packaged. The loose fittings meant I could install it exactly the way up I wanted, to match in with the decor. If you have plasterboard walls, I suggest using appropriate wall-plugs, not the ones provided. The billing and invoicing all went smoothly and, two weeks later, I've had no nasty surprises. I can only think that the previous customs problems were caused by Brexit, when the UK left the EU single market. The current prices certainly suggest that customs duty and VAT must be included! One bit of advice: our (circular) mirror is constructed slightly differently than I expected from the photos. It's not one piece of bevelled-edge glass. Instead, a coloured plastic graphic has been added to the back of a flat, 50cm diameter piece of thick glass, so the design shows through. Then a smaller, plain, thick, round mirror has been stuck in the middle, as if floating 1 or 2 mm in front. It's simple, but very effective, and a clever way to avoid having to keep thousands of designs in stock. The materials are high quality and the edges of the glass are nicely rounded. We're very happy. Worth the money.

Jeg kjøpte 2 stk. Microsense Komfyrvakt for ca 5 år siden og de ble montert i to forskjellige boliger. Nå svikter elektronikken i begge omtrent til samme tid og blir ubrukelige. Dette har vært en dårlig investering.

When purchasing product there was no information that it is shipped from outside of UK. After delivery, I received an extra tax of 20% on top of selling price that I had to pay because it was shipped from Outside UK. The website domain and email address is UK. UK Phone number seems to be not in use as no one pick up the phone. After many phone calls to their customer service based in Poland , they refused to cover any cost and said that the extra cost was stated in their terms and conditions. It should be stated when paying for the product!

Well what can I say I ordered this mirror then looked at the reviews😏 and was so worried as the reviews were not very good but I received the mirror very quickly and I love the mirror .I will definitely order again thank you Mirrormatic

I had a problem but was told I had to return the item to Poland at a cost of 70% of the value of the item!

Scam website! Unable to contact. Send poor quality cheap product and will not respond to messages. Phone number does not connect. Avoid!

same experience. Big regret from buying this company as £30 tax came after 10 days which they didn’t mention on their website.

Wish I had googled this company before buying a mirror from them! Completely agree with the reviews below - I ordered the mirror which came much duller than specified on the site and just clearly awful quality with no attention to detail.
They then 10 days later hit me with a duty charge of £40 with no one responding on their customer service line or live chat. Unbelievably frustrating. Do not make the same mistake I did and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy from this company. Mirror is much duller than the advertised one. Also, you have to pay import duty of £45 for the UK on top of what you have paid Mirrormatic. At point of purchase they do not tell you that the item is shipped from Poland and 10 days later you receive a bill to pay the import fee..

I have not received the mirror yet (2 weeks later) Their customer service is dreadful. They don’t reply to emails. My parcel is apparently stuck in customs despite me thinking I was dealing with a UK company. They will not guarantee I won’t have to pay customs duty and say it is in their delivery section on website that mirror us coming from Poland I cannot speak to anybody in authority. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AWFUL

Do not purchase from this site. Despite having a co.uk web address, a UK phone number and being claimed to be run by ' Printalytic Limited, 7 Bell Yard London WC2A 2JR ', the mirrors are sent from Poland and so you will have to pay a large import tax on top of the purchase price.

When we contacted them to ask why we were not informed of this tax at the point of purchase we were told that we should have known. This is an absolute scam. I am not sure how we could have guessed that the mirror would come from a different country given the website did all it could to make you believe that you were dealing with an English company.

We asked for a copy of their terms and conditions and they failed to provide them.

Also, the mirror's border was much duller than in the pictures.

Terrible customer service and poor products. Avoid purchasing from this company at all costs!
