Got the entirely wrong item,which got shipped from India and today got charged by Fedex for tariffs. Th entire reason i ordered from a Canadian site was to not have to deal with this. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Hi, that was an extremely badly packaged product that I every received in my life. The blouse is completely out of shape and ruined. And it smells extremely bad. What is this ?

The dress is really pretty and looks as expected. I liked the color and the fabric. My only concern is that the website mentioned that the dress comes “store folded to protect embroidery” but it arrived vacuum packed into a very tiny parcel. No consideration went in to protect the embroidery.

Still haven't got my order and non updates regarding the status. Disappointed

Disappointed customer after many great orders
I have ordered from this company many times and always received brilliant service, which is why I am so shocked by my recent delivery. I ordered my usual size, and while the tag claims it is correct, it is clearly a much smaller size that has been stretched out/opened at the bust to its absolute max. The rest of the suit is tiny and lacks material. If a size is out of stock, you should just say so rather than sending an incorrect item. It is not even worth returning because I am expected to pay for shipping, which costs more than the item itself. We order in good faith—very let down.

Service was good but the outfit did not look like the photo and it was way too big despite the sizing chart provided. I will be returning it.

The product was similar to pictures and delivered very quickly i also liked the packaging .

The website is easy to navigate. The clothes are soooo cute! I got mine within the given time frame and the fit itself came out really nice. I got a lot of compliments!

i ordered a outfit 3 xl but the top was no way 3 xl so i had to return it on my own expense they didn’t want to refund my money so they gave store credit again i ordered a outfit 4 xl thinking if it’s big i can get it adjusted same issue don’t know what to do you still have some money left on my account

It was my 4th order from you guys and I loved the work material everything and worth the price.

The outfit that I received was exactly what I had seen on website and ordered.

The quality, stitching , double lining under the skirt/ saree, padding under the blouse - all these details were perfect and I will definitely recommend and order again from Mishuuu. Also my order came in less than 10 days (5-7 business days).

I am taking a star off because the packing was too cumbersome and was risky to open. If I would have not been careful , there was chance to cut the dress. So expecting the packaging to improve in future.

The communication was excellent, with responses provided within one business day. Mishuuu offered expert guidance on selecting the ideal size between small and medium prior to my purchase. Additionally, Mishuuu successfully located the exact outfit I was unable to find on the website. Although I initially incurred a tariff for the delivery, Mishuuu promptly reimbursed the full amount. I highly recommend Mishuuu to my friends and family.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Worst Shopping Experience Ever!

This has been one of the worst and most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had!

I placed my order at the beginning of October and paid extra for express shipping (3–5 business days) because I needed the items for a wedding on October 10.

Before placing my order, I spoke with a customer service representative through live chat, who personally assured me that my entire order would arrive before October 10. Based on that promise, I went ahead with my purchase and paid the additional shipping fee.

Unfortunately, I did not receive even part of my order until after October 14, four days after the wedding! Even worse, I still have not received the rest of my order.

I have sent multiple messages and made several phone calls regarding the missing items. I also repeatedly asked for instructions on how to return the items that arrived late, since they were no longer useful to me after the wedding.

Not a single person has responded to my messages, returned my calls, or offered any assistance.

This is completely unacceptable! I paid extra for express shipping, trusted the company’s delivery promise, and ended up receiving only part of my order after the event. To make matters worse, the company has completely ignored my attempts to resolve the situation.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, honesty, communication, and accountability.

I expect an immediate response, a full refund for the missing and late items, and reimbursement of the express shipping fee I paid for a service that was not delivered as promised.

A company should not make delivery promises it cannot keep and then ignore customers when something goes wrong.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service! Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company, especially if they need their items by a specific date

I totally loved my brown colored saree. It was perfectly draped and sizes were just right. I gave it 4 stars cause the packaging was not so good. I had to iron the whole saree before my event. It did come on time and had to pay the custom duty.
