This site is a complete fraud. I ordered a dress they didn't meet the deadline. Instead the kept telling me the tailors were experiencing issues they would expedite my order then finally 3 days before prom informed me they would not be able to produce the dress and would give me a 30% refund.

Ordered my wedding dress from this company sometime in February I waited almost 2 months for this, and they came in a week before my wedding, the date kept getting pushed back, not only that sent me the wrong color and the material was so poor. Overall, pretty bad experience and didn’t get my refund

Worst company ever ordered dress 3/13 . Here it’s is 3/31 still haven’t received dress. I requested for refund they only told me I would receive 30% of what I paid which was almost 400.000 . DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. worst company ever . Customer service is terrible . They don’t respond .

Ordered in February it's march still haven't gotten my daughter dress prom is in April they don't communicate with you at all spent almost 600 still no dress very bad company!

Worst company I have EVER ordered from. I ordered the dress febuary 17th, paid $20 extra for expedited shipping (10-12 days) and it didn’t come until March 25th. The customer service was horribly rude and rarely answered. The dress looks NOTHING like the photos. Save your self and never order from miss how. Also wouldn’t refund anything because it was “customized” when it was not!

My daughter accidentally submitted this order for a prom dress. She definitely did not want the dress after seeing the reviews. We ordered the dress Friday close to midnight. We have been trying to reach out right after order for refund. The finally answered today and said the dress has been worked on for several days. lol they aren’t even open Saturday Sunday today is Monday. They are saying if we cancel we can only get back 40-60 percent of the $278 spent. These ppl need to be reported.

The people are scammers!! Ordered this dress in January for a very special event. They sent me this hideous dress after my event and tried to prevent me from a full refund. This pice of crap, looks nothing like this dress

Best online shopping experience ever! I ordered this mermaid dress for senior prom and was worried it wouldn't fit right since those styles can be tricky. The customer service team was SO helpful - they sent me a detailed measuring guide and even hopped on a chat to answer my questions. I'm 5'4", 118lbs and ordered a size 2. It fits like it was painted on (in the best way!). The sequins catch the light beautifully and didn't scratch or shed. Arrived perfectly packaged with no wrinkles. I've already recommended this shop to 3 friends. Worth every penny!

Gorgeous dress but the straps were a bit long on me. I'm 5'2" so that's probably why. Easy fix with a safety pin! Otherwise perfect and got tons of compliments at prom.

if I could give a 0/10, I would. Warning DO NOT ORDER from this company. Unless you want to just blow your money. I paid $510 for a prom dress for my daughter. I had to send at least 8 messages inquiring about the dress. The dress finally arrived weeks later and was too small for my daughter. Material falling off. I send 3-4 requests to have it shipped back and be refunded, just for the company to tell me to give it to a family member and that they would give me a small gift if I purchased another dress. They are refusing to refund my back my $510. Misshow is a scam.

I ordered this dress for my first homecoming and I'm so glad I did! The customer service was outstanding - they responded to my messages within hours and helped me figure out sizing since I'm between sizes. I ended up going with a size 4 (I'm 5'5", 120lbs) and it fits like a dream. The dress is well-made, the sequins are secure, and it's comfortable enough to wear all night. I felt so confident and got so many compliments. Shipping was fast too - arrived in 10 days! Definitely ordering from here again for prom!

They take designers pictures and use them as their own. Your dress will not look anything like the picture. Unfortunately. Horrible.

I'm genuinely happy with this dress - it looks stunning and fits like it was made for me. I trusted the size guide, and the measurements matched perfectly, so it slipped on without any issues.

Don’t buy from this company. The quality of the dress we bought was not great, but what is frustrating is when buying online there is a high chance of not liking the fit. They basically don’t want to refund any item unless “it is their fault” which is extremely frustrating. I would tell everyone to stay away.

I kept coming back to this dress, so I bit the bullet and I ordered it. It arrived within 2 weeks and I was over the moon. I did have it taken in slightly just to accentuate my waist a little more as I'm fairly straight up and down. I felt like a princess on my wedding day.

I ordered a suit from Misshow on September 1st and paid extra for express shipping to ensure it would arrive before my event on September 18th. On September 2nd, a representative named Elaine texted me for my measurements. I provided them and reminded her that I had already included the sizes in the order notes. She assured me the suit would arrive on time.

Despite this, the suit arrived two days after my event, making the extra shipping fee a waste. To make matters worse, the suit was uneven and poorly made.

When I requested a return, another representative named Nancy refused to provide a return address—even though Misshow’s own policy clearly states that unworn items can be returned within 30 days. I received the suit on September 20th and reached out just 11 days later, still well within the return window, but my request was denied.

This experience shows that Misshow does not honor its policies, delivers poor-quality products, and provides unhelpful customer service. I strongly advise against ordering from Misshow.
