Esperienza veramente pessima

Esperienza veramente pessima! Cravatta inviata in una velina senza scatola come se fosse un oggetto cinese, eppure pagata pure a prezzo pieno e non in saldo. Non so come devo regalarla...Non comprendo come facciano a non rendersi conto che il brand viene deprezzato in questo modo.

Two Wrong Shipments and No Customer Service

I ordered a scarf from the website. Instead, a hat was shipped to me. (It was mislabeled with the wrong tag, which said “scarf.”) After a week of back and forth with customer service, they agreed to refund the purchase once I shipped back the hat. I did so, got the refund, and re-ordered the scarf I’d wanted. And again, the same style hat, mislabeled with a “scarf” tag was shipped. I reached out to customer service and they apologized that the wrong item was shipped and that the scarf I’d ordered was out of stock. With no offer towards making things right for the ridiculous double mix up. They didn’t even offer to provide a refund for the (more expensive) scarf if I shipped back the hat. I had to send a follow up email asking them that question. I really think they’ve got an AI bot running their customer service program. It’s awful. I won’t make the mistake of ordering from them again.

I bought my Missoni summer dress at the…

I bought my Missoni summer dress at the Bicester outlet. It was expensive (£425.00) but the colours were pretty, unfortunately the first time I wore it the clasp broke. Fortunately I'd not gone out otherwise I would have been exposed. I contacted Missoni Bicester who asked I return the dress. As I wanted the dress I asked for a credit so I could have a look round and see if I could get this fixed with an alternative clasp, without returning it. Unfortunately, this was not approved. Missoni Bicester agreed to send me another clasp - they sent me exactly the same as the one that had fallen apart, despite advising that others had experienced the same issue. The replacement was also a drab colour, nothing like the dress, and was sent normal post over Christmas. Needless to say it arrived much too late even if it had of been suitable, which it wasn't, as it was exactly the same type of 'faulty' clasp. On New Year's eve I received a call advising that the courier would pick up the parcel. I asked for a late collection and was advised that this would be 1pm. Changing all my plans I dashed home - no pickup (due to them leaving much earlier to get to the depot I later found). On the second attempt, I hadn't been sent all the relevant labels by Missoni. On the third attempt I again had to change my plans which I had to cancel, having to go home again (which I had initially no plans to do so) I once again had to dash home, little did I know how deep the snow was there, that it would take me an hour before I could park safely and in the process the plastic part of my vehicle would be caught and broken. Added to which the time wasted could have been used for swatting up for my upcoming exam. Due to the many inconveniences which included never being able to wear the dress and no doubt interest on my £425 for months I asked for a gesture of goodwill. I was forced to return the dress. Missoni Bicester's version of this was 10% reduction on my next purchase and only £10 compensation (the upped the 10% reduction to 15%). I won't say what I feel about the amount of compensation given. In terms of another purchase - I don't think so, having added insult to injury!

Bad product

I presume this is the same company that make Missoni eye glasses. I bought mine at Delaney's Opticians. All I can say is that I will never again order frames from this company. The frames broke and apparently could not be repaired.

Scandaloso

Scandaloso, acquistato un paio di sneaker missoni sperando in un ottima qualità visto il prezzo ma mi sbagliavo.
Se le prendevo su wish erano sicuramente di qualità migliore. La finta pelle si sta sfogliando dopo appena 2 mesi di utilizzo..
Delusione totale..
P. S i soldi erano buoni.

Terrible Shipping

Terrible service. I called Missoni in advance to check on delivery dates in time for the holidays, to which they replied they were doing guaranteed deliver for orders placed until the 18th of dec so I went ahead and ordered. DHL has now stated the parcel will be arriving 9 DAYS after I ordered it. I have called DHL and Missoni and no one is taking responsibility. The phone agents at Missoni were useless. Don't bother. Such a 'high end brand' with terrible customer service. Go order elsewhere for that price point!

Waiting too long for a refund of my return

I had to return the ordered product and had to wait too long until I have been refunded. I contacted the customer service several times via mail and phone but they always told me that there is no reaction of the relevant department or the office in charge so far. The money was only refunded a few days after I consulted my payment service PayPal as a last resort within the framework of buyer protection.
In short, I don't like Missoni's business practices in this case and would therefore no longer place an online order there

Jag beställde ett par skor från missoni webb shop. Fick inga skor utan en skokartong innehållande en tröja som jag inte beställt. Sände tillbaka varan och bad dem att sända mina skor. Efter flera Mail konversationer med dem så nekar de att sända skorna till mig eller returnera de pengar jag betalat!!! Jag anser att de är bedragare och rekommenderar ingen att köpa varor från deras webb shop. Deras kundbemötande är under all kritik.

REFUND STILL NOT RECEIVED

I had to return my order because the sizes were incorrect. This is the beginning of my troubles - Missoni arranged UPS. UPS tried to deliver it back to their warehouse- UPS attempted 3 times but Missoni denied the payment for the duties. Finally duties was paid and on 4th delivery attempt, the package got lost. Claim was started and UPS confirmed that it was lost. Almost 2 months in and after multiple phone calls with Missoni, I still have not received my refund. They keep telling me that the case has been escalated. BS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Shocked to find out missoni supports genocide. I bought a scarf in october.i couldn't believe my eyes when I saw them on the list to boycott. Was about to do a big shop and buy alot of sales items . But nope. I want to sleep with a clear conscious.

Missoni sent the wrong order to me

Missoni sent the wrong order to me. Would not exchange it despite being their mistake. I am now returning the whole order. No return label in box (despite their paperwork saying there is - there isn't). Customer service emailed 5 times and called (Italy) three times - STILL not received a label they told me they would email to me. Please don't order online - they are simply not set up for it. Save your money and stress levels!

When I had defects in products before, there is a clear action plan to return the faulty item for inspection and then a replacement or refund. Honestly do not think I will trust buying with them again.

I have been waiting for a refund for almost two weeks - they state on the website that refunds will be given in 3-7 days max after receiving the item in their warehouse. Customer service is useless at solving anything, they ‘will forward it to the relevant department’ but the ‘relevant department’ hasn’t replied either.

Missing Delivery

I ordered an item online. I received notification that it had been delivered but I did not receive the item. I contacted Missoni and I was told I would have to wait 10 business days to find out what had happened. I raised a complaint with the courier company (UPS) and heard nothing from either organisation. Today (day 10) of the ‘investigation’ period, I checked the UPS website and it transpired the item was delivered to a business some miles away. I suspect if I had not checked myself, that no one from Missoni would have followed this up. I have now collected the item at inconvenience to myself and informed Missoni of the situation. They don’t appear to have understood what has happened and sent a generic response to my email. I know a failed delivery is not their fault, but providing good customer service is and I have not received this. I imagine this is because I had only placed a small order and this was not important to them
