I ordered a hoodie and it’s beautiful, my daughter loves it, I contacted them about delivery and they got back to me in a timely manner, really pleased

I ordered a hoodie and leggings combo (order 10980). I have contacted the company every day since last Friday in an attempt to resolve the issue that the leggings arrived with a hole in them. I sent emails with photos to prove this. Given I’ve not had a single response I’m left with no other option than share my experience. Buyer beware, I’ll follow up with the ombudsman/legally as necessary if i still receive no response.
UPDATE - despite receiving a reply on here to my review stating I would hear today, no surprise whatsoever I’ve heard nothing. 31% of reviews as of now are 1*. This tells you all you need to know about this business. More than buyer beware, buyer stay miles clear!
UPDATE - the seller said they would rather refund me than have my custom. 10 days later and still no sign of any refund so I’m left with no alternative than pursue via the small claims court as advised by the ombudsman. Shouldn’t come to this but fortunately protection exists for buyers in these circumstances.

I ordered 3 hoodies from sprayed with love collection, 3 different sizes as a gift for 3 sisters. The small size runs so so big, that it just can't be used. Unfortunately I can't even return it as they don't give refund for made to order items. Worth £40.
Reply to the answer: I actually left the first review here because I got no answer to the email which I sent to you first of all.( And it isn't under a different name, it is simply deleted).Since you didn't bother to answer to that one, why should I send you another one? Secondly, the xxs size, which is a 4, fitted well the one who is normally a size small (or 8). They have stupidly long sleeves. I don't care if it is a small or big business, this is my opinion, we are talking about my money and it is my right to share it.

Lovely buisness been to their shop and it was so good their detail and every inch of their spray paint is perfect I don’t know why they get hate reviews overall I have ordered and purchased in shop and it has been a smooth experience

I ordered in JANUARY messages are not being returned! I have chased numerous times- no sign of our order! Beginning to feel like this is a SCAM! Where is our tracksuit?

absolutely amazing, material is great and it is so comfy i definitely recommend getting yourself a tracksuit from here if you ever wanted one. I got it quite a while ago but just forgot to put a review on earlier.

ORDER #10776

I’ve placed my order on 6 March but still not received it??? It was a standard order so should be delivered within 5 working days. I’ve chased the team and emailed 8 times but got no response. I’ve no idea what’s happening with my order. Very disappointed with customer service. My last order was also delivered 3 weeks late. I will have to escalate this further since I’m not getting replies to my emails. Totally unacceptable

I’ve not received my order from 3rd February told last Wednesday it would be here by end of week #10264.
Still not arrived and now my messages are been ignored so I’ve no idea what’s happening . I have a very disappointed daughter that would like to know where it is . If it’s not coming I would like a full refund please

Ordered 7th February two items for my granddaughters birthday on the 15th march, emailed 1st email which was replied within 24 hrs, explaining it would take longer as had to be tie dyed, understand and replied thank you, the email said estimated dispatch would be the 6th of march, great I thought in time for her b'day, I've sent a further 7 emails and not one has been answered, ??? no tracking nbrs sent, absolute zilch, the 5th and 6th email i practically begged for a reply, didn't know if to expect or not,no joy, I've not been rude or abusive in any email, I even asked if I should ask for my bank to refund my money, which is over £100.00 pounds but my granddaughter still wanted the items, so I waited and waited, but have not even got the courtesy to reply to my emails, I am a pensioner and can not afford to pay out money like this, this is tantamount to abuse in my eyes, they are fully aware that they are dealing with an elderly woman, be careful ordering from this site, if the reviews are anything to go by😡😡😡

Placed an order 6.02.24

Was advised on 15.02.24 that the dispatch date would be 6.03.24 as the item was a spray painted item.

Item still has not arrived and I have sent Two emails which have not been replied to.

If miss runaway staff are reading this please contact me to advise when I will receive my item of issue a full refund.

I will update this post with what happens

Update: One week later and still no reply at all from Miss Runaway have still not replied.

Ordered 12 days ago, still not been dispatched (not personalised items just standard skirts so should have been delivered within 5 days max) was buying as a birthday gift but birthday has now passed. Have emailed twice chasing and had no reply,
Will be raising dispute with my credit card company

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter in November we are yet to receive it, despite me chasing the company for the item.

So as with any company I have never ordered from there is always a bit of uncertainty as you just don't know do you! Anyway to reassure anyone reading this, my 12 year old daughter wanted a spray painted tracksuit and we took heed of the 6 to 8 week deadline as we ordered just before Christmas. We got it early, we were kept updated too when I did email to enquire how it was all going and received the package yesterday - absolutely beautiful tracksuit, looks even better on, thick and fluffy inside, the spray painting looks incredible. Really happy daughter and parent! About to order the pink for her birthday lol!! Thanks Miss Runway
