Missvivijewelry Reviews

Fast shipping and quality ear cuffs!

gorgeous piece of jewellery fits my ear perfectly and amazingly priced

I have not received my purchase.

I initially had a fantastic experience with Miss Vivi Jewelry, which led me to place a much larger order. My mom has also purchased from Miss Vivi in the past, so we both had confidence in ordering again. Unfortunately, my experience has completely changed due to the lack of professionalism and complete lack of communication.

Over the past several days, I’ve sent three emails asking about the status of my order and have not received a single response. When I check the tracking information, it simply says “Status Unknown,” with the last update being over a week ago.

I specifically placed my order early in July because I was hoping to wear some of these pieces on a trip in August. I’m now about to leave, with no certainty that I’ll receive my order, no meaningful tracking updates, no response from the seller, and no refund.

It’s especially unfortunate because I was a returning customer who had previously had a wonderful experience. I expected much better communication, particularly after making a significant purchase. The complete lack of responsiveness and effort to address this situation has been extremely disappointing. I hope Miss Vivi begins providing the level of customer care and communication that her patrons deserve.

This is my second purchase from Miss Vivi Jewelry. There’s a great range of styles and the prices are fantastic. Shipping was quick and well packaged. I’d highly recommend Miss Vivi Jewelry!

great shipping and the hidden helix jewelry is absolutely gorgeous i love it!!❤️❤️

It came in about 20 days, im satisfied knowing the business is not located anywhere near me. The jewellery is nice and came smartly protected.

Everything went fine as always!🩷
This is my third purchase and I’m always more satisfied; piercings are high quality, fast delivery and amazing prices.
I highly recommend Missvivijewelry 🌸 I will always buy my piercing here ✨.

I really like the quality of the items I purchased, but I only received 2 of the 3 items I ordered.

The delivery was fast and the packaging was very cute.

Le bijou est joli. En revanche une meilleure communication concernant le suivi de commande et même la validation de celle-ci serait un gros plus...

I bought two septum rings and they were exactly as advertised. Good quality, easy to put in, click in, and take out. There was even a bonus septum ring thrown in and a nice little storage box. Arrived in a December decent time as well. I rarely review businesses, but in a time where many of us are trying to avoid Amazon, it's important to share with folks what positive experiences we have with smaller businesses.

I fear my redness and peeling around my nostril is due to this nose ring ! I love the look of the jewelry but I fear I’m reacting to it.

I followed Missvivijewelry from etsy and I will always lover her products. I am a forever customer

Ordered 2 piercings, recieved I as a gift. Great axperience, again.

The jewelry is beautiful, and holds up well, and shipping was super fast!

Beautiful septum and good quality

I love this shop! I have bought a few septum rings and adore them. They're comfortable, easy to put in/remove, and they stay shiny.

Very cool design and good quality ! packing and shipping are also really good :)
