Great perfumes, great packaging and fast delivery very good quality service all round.

I placed a large order of around £220 for a stag do. The items arrived on Saturday, and I immediately contacted the company because part of the order was incorrect and one of the bottles was faulty and would not spray at all.

After initially contacting them via social media to obtain a phone number, I was simply directed to an email address. Despite providing all the information requested, along with photos and videos of the issues, I then received duplicate emails over the following days asking for the same information again.

I made it very clear that we were travelling on Wednesday and needed the matter resolved urgently. Eventually, I received an email confirming they had received the evidence, but no actual resolution was offered.

As a result, two members of our stag party have been left without the products they paid for, and I am out of pocket. I am also left with two unusable items – one that was sent incorrectly and another that is defective and does not work.

The packaging was poor, the customer service has been appalling, responses take days, and there is no customer service phone number available. Once they have your money, getting any meaningful support appears to be extremely difficult.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. Based on my experience, the service has been completely unacceptable from start to finish.

Just received my first order. I was a bit dubious about the reviews of customer service but I have to say Tom responded to my queries INSTANTLY. I was so impressed with that alone.
Now the fragrances I received, my dupe of bleu de Chanel is SO GOOD! I have never smelt a dupe that’s practically identical like this one. Not only that, you can smell that the ingredients are NOT like all the other dupe companies, you can smell the layers and notes. I have literally sprayed half a spray on my wrist to try it, it’s ALL I can smell around me now.
Definitely recommend and you have a new loyal customer in me!

i tried my friend's imagination dupe and i was blown away, with the real fragrance i have have to say this one smelt better and even a day and a half after applying i could still smell it. just placed my own order yesterday and im very excited
