Okay, so I’m going to be honest. I wasn’t happy at first. I thought I was getting yanked around and wasn’t going to get my product. I kept emailing them. I understand companies are busy. But the fact I was being ignored for the first little while really had me thinking It was a scam. They finally got back with me and then within a few days I received my product.
I am so happy I stuck it out and kept emailing them. They have the best stuff!! You won’t be disappointed! I got the hydro serum. It was a blueberry smell to it. It’s not over bearing though! It’s water based and that’s my absolute favorite thing about it. You can’t find a water based hair serum anywhere on the shelves. At least not where I live. If you’re wondering whether or not to go through with ordering it, do it! Don’t be afraid to stay on top of them if they don’t answer back right away. It’s definitely worth it.

Best hair nourishing gel I ever got! And I tried quite a few over the years. Excellent for my curly hair that had become drier with the years, gives it a great shape & look. And as a bonus, it darkness my hair!

J’utilise le shampoing cheveux normaux-bleuet depuis des années.
C’est le seul shampoing qui lavent vraiment mes cheveux. Ils sont faciles à coiffer.

No confirmation. No communication in relation to multiple inquirues into shipping date or whether my order was even recieved 3 weeks and haven't recieved product.

It’s been mentioned that if the order value exceeds $50, the courier charges will be free. However, I was charged $18 just for the courier service. This has happened to me twice.

I love the Mistik product, but ordering through the direct website took much longer than expected - almost 4 weeks to receive and no tracking number was provided. But happy to have the product as it's a great hair care option.

Mistik a sauvé mes cheveux! J'ai toujours eu les cheveux blonds et frisés, mais avec les agressions du Québec (le froid et le séchoir l'hiver puis le soleil et le chlore de piscine l'été) mon blond était devenu un châtain terne et ils étaient devenus grichoux. Depuis que j'utilise Mistik, mes cheveux sont redevenus d'un blond brillant et j'ai retrouvé mes belles boucles. Les shampoing et revitalisant Fortify ont réparé mes cheveux puis ils ont une merveilleuse odeur. Je n'utilise même plus mousse qui les rendent crunchy, j'ai seulement besoin d'appliquer l'hydro sérum pour avoir de belles boucles douce et je fini avec l'oléo touch pour dompter les frisottis. Je vous les recommande fortement. C'est dommage qu'ils ne soient pas tous disponible partout, mais la livraison est rapide.

I enjoy using this product to tame my hair on the days I don’t wash it. This is a very nice product and it smells great too.

Didn’t receive my order! And no way to contact them, they don’t respond to emails, phone calls, or messages on their instagram page!!
