No reward sent to me

No reward sent to me. No customer service at all, just AI bot telling you the same thing and when that gets too old even for the bot it tells you it will send out your ticket to someone on “the team” to get back to you. They say within 48 hours you get your prize sent. It’s been 4 days now. Not only did I not get my prize but they have the nerve to tell me they don’t see my redemption request. Not until I screenshot the thing on the app showing the pending status and magically now it’s being said to me that they are in a different time zone so it might not process yet. I might not be a rocket scientist, but I don’t care what time zone you’re in, 48 hours equals 48 hours in all time zones….

Every one who has responded to the…

Every one who has responded to the recent issues I've encountered has been incredibly helpful, informative, and kind. Even relating to frustrations I may be feeling. Especially since after all the years I've been using Mistplay it wasn't until VERY RECENTLY that I ever encountered ANY ISSUE that made me feel the need to reach out to Mistplay to report errors/issues I've been encountering.
I recently learned precisely what information needs to be reported, how to share documentation, ie. Purchases, screen shot specific issues. That way if I encounter them again, I can properly follow up with all the important information & documentation to help them investigate & fix the problems.
It's easier for me to understand now the best way to communicate with them and provide the most helpful screenshots & purchase documents to make it more fair, honest, and be sure they can do their job properly.
Thanks for all your help, for being THE BEST $ for gaming apps out there.
I have tried A MULTITIDE of different ones, Mistplay has THE BEST rewards, caring & helpful team, the easiest and straightforward options to earn points. As well as MULTIPLE different ways to increase ones ability to earn. The BEST bonuses for spending $ on the games too!

I have gotten my account suspended one…

I have gotten my account suspended one on iPad account my iPhone Mistplay had split up the one account into 2 one with my phone number account on my phone and one with my email address on my iPad and I don’t even know the account one that I logged in on both devices and they somehow made it into two different accounts on each device and now they won’t give me a rewards

It's not too hard to earn enough points…

It's not too hard to earn enough points to cash out. I've already done at least three payouts of $25 each, so it does pay. It takes about 2 weeks to get there without spending extra money. I don't understand that part...spend money to get money? Pretty backwards. There are WAY WAY WAY too many ads you have to watch OVER and OVER again, but it is what it is.

DID NOT GET MY £25 VOUCHER

Never gave me my £25 Tesco voucher and when I complained they tried to close my ticket on the complaint even though they never paid me !!! Don't trust them because I dont now
