My experience with Mixam was nothing short of fantastic. Felicity went above and beyond to help ensure my book was printed within the correct guidelines as the program I originally used to create the pages wasn't perfect. She was in constant communication with me and guided me step by step on how to make specific changes. Her help and support alleviated a lot of the stress that was involved for me as I was on a tight turn around to have these printed and delivered.
I ordered hardcover and paperback books. The quality was 10/10 and they were delivered faster than I had expected, which was just as well because I had made a spelling mistake! Felicity helped me create and order dust covers for the books and get these delivered asap as well.
Overall, I had a great experience with this company and will recommend them to anyone wanting to do something similar.

Although I initially struggled to learn how to upload my family recipe book, with assistance of the extremely helpful AI chat function and a real person, it came together beautifully. The final hard cover books were completed and delivered a day ahead of schedule and arrived in perfect condition. I am so delighted with the service and quantity of the cookbooks at a reasonable price. I’ll be using Maxim again and can highly recommend them. Thank you Maxim!

I had a positive experience overall. There was some delay issues with my order and it took over two weeks and it was still 'processing' so hadn't even been started. I made contact stressing the urgency of my order and the were amazing. They sorted it right out and even covered the cost of the express shipping. So appreciated when many businesses are dismissive and show no care once they have your money. It felt human and personable.
I had art prints made and considered the quality fine to sell & reasonable for the price point. I would order again.

Top quality products and seamless ordering experience.

I sent in pics with edging so that nothing got cut out that was important. The tip of my flower stalk was cut. If anything I would have preferred more off the bottom.
