Speedy delivery
Delivered to NE Scotland inside 48 hours, which was 8 days quicker than a national store’s “next day” delivery. Excellent service.

Simple website
Simple website, cheaper than rivals, postage not too expensive, Royal Mail managed to deliver it (which is no longer a given) and quite quickly, which was unexpected!
But I purposely made the delivery a small package (just the connectors, not a 3m length of black 2'' pipe) so that there were less issues with delivery. I sourced the 3m pipe locally.
