Really easy and quick
Offering top dollar was with Drew me in honestly the drop off at UPS store was so seamless easy and polite. It was just a pleasant experience overall. I was a little taken back that I was dropping off at the UPS store but picking up the money from Walmart but even then it was In-N-Out no problem. It took less than two minutes to pick up the money.

Process was simple and easy. UPS Store to drop and then to Walmart for the payout. Just requires a little bit of your time traveling. Paid what was quoted.

I was skeptical in the beginning but what a hassle free/100% legitimate service. Not only that, I got wayyyy more than any store I went to - it was almost embarrassing what the stores would offer me. Had a slight hiccup with Walmart in that I was picking up in a different state than my ID was from but they corrected it within a matter of minutes. HIGHLY recommend!

Honey potted me with a $300 offer and pulled the ole bait and switch
I was quoted $300 for my device, not to far above competitors offers yet with extra steps and the surprise $30 deduction on my quote once arriving without the cashier having made any assessment what so ever. I feel like it was bait and switch and honey potted and next time I'll take the extra day or so to get the$500 offered by other buyers upon reciept of the device. The $30 cut just before arriving at the ups store will keep me from repeat business.

We rechecked the current quote for a Galaxy S25+ 256GB VZW, and the offer shows as $270. That said, if you received a different initial offer—such as the $300 you mentioned—we’re more than willing to review it. If you can provide a screenshot or any proof of the original quote you were given, we will gladly honor that amount.
We also want to clarify an important part of the process: once a device is dropped off at the UPS Store and the clerk completes the verification, the customer receives a text message giving them the option to accept or reject the final offer. You chose to accept the offer at that time, knowing the adjusted amount. You were not required to proceed and had the option to decline and take the phone back if you preferred not to move forward.
We value transparency and want every customer to feel confident in the process. Please reach out to us with the information so we can make this right for you.

Once your phone arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it directly. If we confirm that the screen is not damaged, we will immediately honor the original quote you received.

Update: After completing the inspection at our warehouse, our team confirmed that the device does have scratches and dents. Based on the condition observed, the adjusted offer was accurate according to our pricing guidelines.
