Awsome company to work with they are very helpful with everything , I am very impressed

Amazing manufacturer to work with, amazing quality on samples and they’re very good with request like neck tags, care labels, hang tags, etc. Good pricing as well, if you know exactly what you want they can recreate it. The design process is great, it’s a whatsapp group chat, so it’s very easy to text back and forth and ask questions. My main manufacturer for almost all my pieces, I love working with them would definitely recommend.

Grace He and Yue Xiao have been amazing in helping us get started as new clients and create our first products. They’ve been great at turning our ideas and reference images into clear tech packs and have guided us along the way. Thanks to their help, we’ve already placed a few bulk orders. The sewing quality is excellent, and they respond quickly, even with the time difference between the UK and Hong Kong. We’re excited to keep working with Grace and Yue on more products and trust them to deliver high-quality work and good advice. Thank you!

I have recently set out on starting a clothing brand and contacted a few manufacturers around the world. I am based in Edinburgh, UK and had a call with Sarah at MMS clothing back in July. The phone call was arranged quickly and and I got basic information that I required in order for me to go away and put a business plan together. I reached out again in November when I had a a more detailed understanding of what my requirements were and could start to get the wheels in motion. Sarah was extremely helpful and got estimates prices for me and arranged for samples to be created. I made the decision to get a better understanding of how the clothes were manufactured and see MMS clothing first hand to personally fly out to Chengdu and visit their office and factory. I have been utterly blown away by the hospitality, professionalism and attention to detail from all the staff. Even though we had a language barrier with communication we were able to work through all concerns and amendments and they have produced 17 clothing samples in just 4 days for me (this process normally takes 3/4 weeks). I cannot thank Sarah enough for showing me the manufacturing process, answering all my questions and making my vision come to reality in such a short space of time. I am heading home now and preparing to place my bulk order which I have already discussed a timeline with MMS clothing and hope to have my clothing line up and running for Spring 2025.

This is the perfect company for all start ups or established clothing brands. The attention to detail and quality control was fantastic and they are super helpful, super friendly and more importantly I could tell all the employees enjoyed working for Craig at MMS clothing as they all had a smile on their faces and were passionate about their work.

What a smooth process! Grace helped with everything along the way and answered all my questions. Grace also showed me around their workplace with a video call and I got to take a look in to all the different stages and process of each. Everything was very clear and communication was excellent you wouldn’t even know we were in different time zones. Once in the design stage Yue was very helpful putting the tech packs together and patient while I decided on fabric and colour. Such a lovely team to work with highly recommend. Look forward to working with Grace and Yue in future on more clothing collections 😊

MMS Clothing have been nothing other than amazing we have been using MMS for 2 years now and we tried with other manufacturers and these have been by far the best. Especially that were very new coming into the clothing industry and they have been so supportive and helpful. Bess our rep has been wonderful, very understanding, and amazing. Even with the time difference they are very quick to reply. I would highly recommend especially if you’re brand new into the industry. We wouldn’t change

Update 2:

1. It took 2 weeks to convert 1 PNG into PSD. It took me 10 minutes converting 75 PNGs into PSD. You are meant to be a manufacturer, but don’t have the equipment let alone the communication skills.
No you send me samples that were WRONG, didn’t follow the pattern and then send me fabric to fix YOUR mistake.

2.
I wouldn’t have had a problem being charge an extra 2$ for a change of zip style. The problem was your “designer” didn’t do it right in the first place. And completely ignored instructions.

3. When Sarah has I problem sending messages but stops the second a problem arises to then ignore these messages, that’s not “bank holiday” issues that’s just avoiding problems.

4.When you didn’t do the sample correctly to begin with and considering 2 out of 3 are messed up because you didn’t listen and just did your own thing.
You don’t value business you value stress free money. And the “resolution” was to delete this review first.

Update 1:
I was contacted by MMS in the middle of the night ( bizzare given “Sarah” wouldn’t reply to me until the 8th as it’s a “bank holiday” asking me if there is anything we can do to rectify the issues and delete the review which makes me believe they have far more 1 star reviews and managed to get their customers to delete.

I then again explained everything and I was meet by more gaslighting & blaming me again for them not doing their jobs.

Her response regarding the zipper was “ I told you it’s not in stock and to wait until bulk order” why would I wait until I’ve ordered 5k items. That’s the entire point of a sample. This was after she said “ I’m confused why you never bought up the zipper prior. She then decided to go with the above excuse. It took them almost 3 months to do 3 samples and they still decided to do whatever they wanted.

She complained they make a loss on samples. At $200 each I fail to understand how. $600 she refuses to refund and now I need to go to the bank and get it back and open a fraud case against MMS.

I contacted MMS clothing back in July. I was dealing with “Sarah”. At first they were brilliant. But as soon as they had my money, silence.

Emails don’t get responded too or they take days to reply.

After the tech pack etc was done ( which is in Chinese so you can’t even use it elsewhere like they say you can) we agreed on a 4 week turn around on the 3 samples.

Well it’s been 8 weeks and still don’t have a usable sample.

Changes that were requested just didn’t get done and ignored.

They got one of the samples so wrong and rather than changing it to what it had to be, they send me fabric to do it myself. Based on around $200 per sample, it’s a joke to not rectify the problems they caused.

The gaslighting & customer blaming is just bizzare to me as well.

I told them the sample was wrong & “Sarah” was arguing that it’s “ my designs they are copying” when I send her a picture of a sample made in the U.K. and the Machinist managed to follow my pattern perfectly, they then said they would fix it.
All I got was fabric in the post.

You’ll hear a lot of excuses from them.
1. The weather it’s to hot, our machines don’t work.
2. The weather is to hot our suppliers aren’t working
3. I was on a business trip
4. It’s a holiday ( they seem to have a lot of holidays between September and now)

The language barrier is also not worth the hassle. Speaking English and understanding it are two different things. And understanding isn’t a skill they posses.

When I raised concerns on Wednesday, “Sarah” replied for a change, when I then asked what the extra fabric was for and if they expect me to fix it myself, silence.

She then emailed me a bunch of “next steps” for production but refused to reply to my email and what’s app message.
When I then said it’s clearly a scam and I want my money back, I was told the next day they are on yet again another holiday.

I’m now having to call the bank and get my money back.

MMS Clothing are a great company to make your garments with. Eileen and Mia were very helpful with the whole process - tech pack creation & pattern making process was all smooth and we were informed well on each stage of the process, from fabric & accessory sourcing all the way through to delivery…. The fabrics are great too! Highly recommend.

MMS have made the process of sampling and design very easy!
Bess has clear communication and I appreciate their support. They have clear milestone tracking so you can see exactly where your products are up too.
I would happily recommend MMS and will continue to use them in the future.

I worked with MMS Clothing to make a very specific piece of clothing and MMS Clothing was great at catering to my needs. I worked with Rita as my sales Rep and her english was very good and easy to understand. Overall the design process was well structured with great communication production was fast and the Quality of the product was amazing!

I’ve been working with Eileen and Mia over at MMS for the past 10 months and I can’t fault their work. I started my brand with very little following meaning the initial order quantity was small. MMS were able to help with the Low MOQ which was something I hadn’t been able to find when contacting other manufacturers. Their work is absolutely perfect!! No fabric issues. Great quality printing. And perfect fitting garments. There’s nothing more I could want from a manufacturer!! Keep up the great work MMS!
